Very poor customer service. One of the managers was very rude to me on the phone at 5:00 PM and didnt have the courtesy of looking properly for my sons insurance information (like she couldnt have called earlier, and then wanted to cancel my sons appointment). Thankfully I was able to pass by there office in homestead and a nice front desk secretary was able to help. The dental hygienist that saw my son was very good as well but Dr. Cortes the pediatrician dentist, needs to find a dictionary in Spanish and look for the definition of his last name. Because he is not courteous and needs to work on his professional and social skills. He barely saw my sons teeth and wasnt able to even give me advise or a an insight of my sons oral health. They need more people like the dental hygienist and the nice front desk secretary in that place.

This Office intentionally overcharged me several times. They waited till I figured it out on my own and asked for a refund. They have told me several times that the refund will be sent in "a couple days" but it has been more than 2 months. They charged me 535 dollars when I should have only paid 115.

These people thieves. Dont even try out this office. I had dental insurance and asked if they were on my plan. Renee the office manager said yes. They lied to get the business and where not in my insurance network. Beware!!!! I Had to pay an additional $700.00 over what my insurance was to cover.
