Absolutely love Dr Berke but her staff are the rudest ppl Ive ever met in my life. Because of them, I refuse to go back. Already looked for another Dermatologist. At least I will be able to communicate with the staff of what I need. They keep you on hold, will claim to leave messages for the Dr but when you call back, you have to "deliver" the message all over again. I did this for four weeks in a row until I gave up and searched for a new doctor. They are rude on the phone and in person. Horrid Customer Service! Good riddance. If she doesnt spruce up her staff soon, she will lose a lot of patients. I love you Dr Berke but I had to go!

I never write reviews, but I just had to on this one. I was a new patient calling in to make an appointment on Saturday. The front desk staff was rude as hell.I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called back Monday, since I couldnt schedule one on the weekend. A new person answered and I still received rudeness. I didnt even make the appointment. Instead, I went and found another doctor. They act like they dont want to come to work. They will hang up in your face too.

If I could put no star I would. Her name is Lily, she was rude and did not know how to answer the phone. My coworker recommended this office and I wanted to come in an meet the Dr. But the way she answered the phone jut threw me off. I rather take my business somewhere else.

Whoever is answering the phone has zero customer service! I called to schedule an appointment but I needed something earlier. I told the person on the other end I would call back And was hung up on! She was extremely rude, no phone etiquette at all.

I literally just got of the phone to write this review. My husband and I would be new patients at this location, but since whoever picked up the phone put me on hold for 10 minutes; they just lost 2 longterm patients.
