Visited opticians showroom to get a new prescription filled. Theyd offered to call me in two days when the sales rep was there so I could see the full range of frames. They never called. After calling them at the end of the week, they stated they would have more frames for me to see the following week. They never called. When I called again, they stated it would be the following Tuesday. You guessed it....they never called. Ive gone elsewhere and believe they should change the name of their office to "Sanibel Eye DONT Care". They certainly didnt care about me..
