Sucks!! Dumbest lady ever working here. Go to LensCrafters instead if you want to buy from a chain. Tried to get a pair of contacts because mine ripped. I am a CUSTOMER of a different store in ny. This lady had the WORST customer service ever!! Had noooo clue what to do.

Friendly service. Great selection of glasses. I have also used the Vision Works in Seekonk , and Pearl is 100% better. Much faster service with friendlier staff. The glasses selection here is much larger with higher quality frames. Just wish they had more convient hours.
