I just brought my Holland Lop to be spayed and they did an amazing job. They took really good care of my bunny. I had some conserns after the surgery that she wasnt pooping properly and I called them, they stayed on the phone with me until I was sure that everything was ok, they really listened to my descriptions of what I thought was wrong, and said if I am really that conserned that they would be more than happy to take a look at her and make sure all was well. They used all the right medicines, (Isoflourane for Anethesia) gave us pain killers for her, gave her internal stiches so she cant chew them out... all around they did everything very well.

I have had good experiences here. They are quick workers. On e example of this is when our chinchilla had been eating or drinking very little for days, and drooling for a month. We took her to this vet, and they quickly told us she had molars growing into her tongue and cheek. The operated on her, and she was better than she had been for weeks within hours of the operation. The vets there know what they are doing, do lots of surgeries on almost anything, and are efficient and not expensive.

Dr. Hartman and Dr. Jeffers are fantastic!! They have taken great care of my familys dogs for over 16 years. Their prices are very reasonable and the quality of care is exceptional! I highly recommend them for all of your small animal needs (dogs, cats, rabbits, ferrets, chinchillas, etc. they do it all!).

LOVE this vet! Office staff are personable and friendly as well as knowledgeable and patient. The doctors we have seen have been fantastic! Calm, reassuring, loving with my dog (and wonderful and kind with my curious child when she has accompanied me). Great bed-side manner and personality.

I grew up with dogs and my wife and I have always had dogs and/or cats. The people at Wellesley Animal Hospital are some of the best I have ever known and I cant recommend them enough. They are knowledgeable , professional and at the same time, some of the most compassionate people I know.

Dr. Hartman is condescending, uncaring, and rude. The staff is generally cold and not helpful. They do not provide personalized care. Awful experience recently! Would highly recommend using a different hospital.

Have been going to Wellesley for a decade for the care of my bunnies. They are fantastic with them. Would definitely recommend the doctors here for rabbit and cat care. (I didnt have a dog at the time.)

Dr. Hartman is lovely and kind. She takes care of my two dogs, a golden and a yorkie very well. The only drawback is the parking situation in Wellesley.
