I wanted to get mercury fillings removed. I was quoted at $200 per filling over the phone. After my first appointment, I was advised each would cost $350. I agreed to do an optional nutritional counseling at my next appointment for $350. I called to schedule my next appointment and said I had decided not to do the nutritional counseling because of the cost. I was told the dentist would not see me again. I requested a call back from him, and tried calling several other times with no response so he could explain why he refused to see me. There was no hostility that occurred in person or over the phone. The situaiton was disappointing and humiliating. Perhaps the Lord was protecting me from something...

I have looked for years for a dentist who is more holistically-oriented, and Dr. Memoli is that guy. I found him through my sister-in-law, who went to him for a second opinion about a root canal. Dr. Memoli told her that her tooth was still alive and a root canal was not needed, and she still has that tooth two years later! Too many dentists are drill-happy, so its a pleasure to find one who is more conservative about his treatments. My whole family now goes to Dr. Memoli, as well as my in-laws. He corrected my sons TMJ and recommended an excellent orthodontist for my daughters braces--which worked out terrifically. Id recommend Dr. Memoli without reservation--in fact, I drive over an hour for my appointments.

Almost a year ago I had my root canal done. After that my health started to go downhill and my previous doctor had no clue. She kept saying I am healthy despite I had chest pains, jaw, neck, and back pain, low energy, and brain fog. Then one of my friend recommended Dr. Philip Memoli. I took an appointment and explained him my entire case. He answered all my questions, and took extra time with me. Since then he has been doing my treatment and this is my 3rd week. I am feeling much better now. He is very knowledgeable and patient. His front desk staff is wonderful too! Thank you all you lovely people at Dr Memoli’s Dental!

Ive had a great experience here. Lately I had a fractured tooth and had required a crown and root canal. I had really bad nerve pain in a tooth. Spoke with couple of other dentists. But I didn’t get good response from them. My friend told me about Dr Memoli. He is very professional and detail oriented. He also explained me the difference between regular dentistry approach and holistic dentistry approach. Their staff took care of me nicely. I felt like a new man after my crown. I would definitely recommend him to everyone.

Dr. Memoli was extremely competent in helping me with some relatively complex dental work that was a result of previous dentists sloppy work. Ive never seen such care and attention given to every detail of his practice, from the water he uses, to the materials and follow up care. Overall I was thrilled with the experience and have recommended my family to switch to him even though its a healthy 40 minutes from Brooklyn.
