My daughter just saw Dr. Moy and she was terrific. My daughter is extremely afraid of eye exams and doctors. But, Dr. Moy was so friendly and asked her questions that made her feel at ease. The tech was wonderful and very easy to speak to about issues she was having at school. They really take the time to go over every step of the exam and address your concerns. They are experts in childrens vision and can address any concerns regarding reading/or vision learning problem you may suspect. They also have lots of cool eye testing equipment (looks very state-of-the art) which is a must for me. Dr. Tarbell and all the doctors are very kind and extremely knowledgeable. The doctors truly care about their patients. My family has been seeing both doctors for years and we always look forward to picking our new pair of glasses. They have a nice selection of quality frames and a clean facility. Plus, there is a large parking lot which is always a plus. I think if you value quality this is the place for you and your family.

BUYER BEWARE!!! While confirming my appointment I was told that they spoke with my insurance company and that I would not owe anything. Two weeks later, I received a bill for ~$175. Their excuse was that there was a miscommunication between them and the insurance company and that I would owe $50 and $125 for a service that I never asked for and was never offered. It took 5 months of going back and forth before I ended up just paying for the co-pay. However, during that time they kindly charged me a late fee of $15. I am being 100% honest so that someone else doesnt fall into the same trap.

Thank you Dr. Tarbell and staff. I always feel like a part of the Advanced Eyecare and Vision Gallery family. Right from the moment I walk in, I am immediately greeted. All through my entire exam, everyone treats me in a kind and professional manner. When I have questions, they are explained to me so that I can understand them. I especially like picking out my new glasses since there are so many stylish ones to choose from. I have friends looking for a new eye doctor and I will surely recommend this office.

BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PLACE Although the people was very nice and professional at the beginning, they executed a Contact Lenses Evaluation without telling me about the cost before. They charged 195 dollars for this evaluation with no prior notice!!! I was not acquainted with the process, nor had ever consulted an optometrist in this country before. I had no idea about this cost. THIS WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND ABSURD.

Absolutely, the best eye exam I had in over 10 years. The staff is super friendly and professional. The office is very modern with ample parking (this is important for me). The doctor was really warm and answered all my questions. I was so happy with my exam that I made my appointment for next year since they offered this option. Thank you, and I would defintely recommend to friends and family.

After calling them later, identifying myself as that writer, and saying why I had written that review,Danny explained to me why I had only partial information, which had created my initially negative impression.I was shocked when I understood the whole picture, and immediately offered to delete that review. Advanced Eyecare is an excellent facility. You feel like youre part of their family...they make you feel like you are the most important patient in the office and spend the time the need with you. Dr. Tarbell is fantastic and cares deeply for her patients. The front office staff is wonderful and truly caring. I would highly recommend them.

Price for eye exam in walmart vision center 120$ Price for eye exam in this place 450$ and they force you to come back each year either wise they wont renew your contact lens prescription. Pure ripoff. If you got money to waste then go ahead, its a very nice place with friendly people. But if youre on a budget forget it.
