Did a terrible job on my rhino/septoplasty surgery and total cost was over 11k. Please dont go to her, when I brought this up and advised on how disappointed I was she told me she could recommend me to another surgeon smh and that I need to wait 6 months before a doctor would attempt to fix. Im very upset and will not be paying the bill. Since I didnt finance money and dont care if they send it to collections. I did pay 600 upfront but thats all there getting from me. But again she sucks do not go to her. She was kind and sweet at first but again she did not straighten my nose and my septoplasty was great for about 3 weeks and now my nose is just stuffy. Regret not going to a doctor who had the 20 years exp instead I went to her. Im a fool. If you read this and still go to her DO NOT COMPLAIN IF YOU FIND YOURSELF UNHAPPY WITH THE RESULTS

The staff here is disorganized and arrogant. They treat your child like a number, dont bother to read the files and act like you should be grateful for their services. They promised me they would call me the next day to confirm and discuss my childs surgery. I didnt hear from them until I called two weeks later, even after leaving messages. They promised me they would schedule him first thing in the morning because he is a toddler and they wont allow him to eat until the surgery is over. They "forgot" to tell me that Dr. Tai didnt do surgery until after 11a. I asked again and again about the fees and they couldnt give me a straight answer. I have absolutely no trust in this practice. I would recommend going to CHOP in Voorhees instead. they were so much more helpful, compassionate and respectful.
