I have been nothing but please with the staff at Brighter Dental. I have utilized two office locations so far (Morganville/Marlboro and the Freehold Office) and the staffs at both locations are excellent. Kelsey has been extremely helpful with making appointments that fit into my schedule as well as assisting me with insurance issues. I have been treated by Dr. Stein who takes the time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions; I was treated by Dr. Johnson for my root canal, he made it as painless as a root canal could be, I was surprised by how quickly the procedure went; and last but definitely not least I was treated by Dr. Singer for Periodontal work, again, I have nothing but praise for his work - Dr. Singer was concerned about my well being during the entire procedure and continued to check with me to see if I was ok and not in any discomfort. I am so pleased that I decided to switch to Brighter Dental for my families oral well being! I love having a dentist’s office that is opened longer than normal working hours of 9 to 5. I do not have to take time off from work for dental treatments.

I have had very negative experiences at dentist offices that participate in a DMO, but I was pleasantly surprised with the staff I encountered at Brighter Dental Care. Once there, they made me feel very welcome and calmed my nerves. Laura at the front desk was truly wonderful in working with me to get an appointment quickly when I was in pain.

The whole appointment was well timed and no time was wasted. The people who work here are very friendly and very professional in their approach. It was very easy to understand all the requirements from my side to get a fast and reliable treatment. Overall a very clean, professional and a very welcoming place.

Dr. Stein has no bedside manner and after speaking with another dentist and dental hygienist they said I did nothing wrong. I will never go back to this practice for myself or my three kids. My other two children have great teeth and because my third child had a lot of cavities she was so nasty.
