Awful! I tried calling to make an apt so many times and never got a call back. I finally reach a rude woman on the end of the line who clearly hates her job by the way she speaks to people on the end of the phone. She barked at me asking my name and basic info and then tells me theres a 4 month wait to see someone. She puts me on hold, or what she thinks is on hold, to check for an earlier appointment. During that "hold" I clearly heard her making fun of me and other people that call in to her co-worker in the office. Clearly these staff have no training on sensitivity or customer service. I was humiliated and never treated so poorly from a mental health agency. The staffs name was Renee. Dont call here for services they will just mock you!!!

You think you would have some sort of ediquitte when dealing with patients of a psychiatric center. Not this place! You call, the person on the other end is always cold & pist off, when your transferred to the refill line for medications you NEVER get a call back you have to keep calling !!! I was unhappy with the way the receptionist spoke to me(on more then one occasion) I called the supervisor, left a message did you think I would get a call back? Of course not. Obviously this place could careless about their reputation. Only reason why I stay here is because of the doctor I go to. But from the looks of it now I dont think I will be staying here much longer...

Not impressed with office staff. Definitely not a patient friendly place. First 2 times going staff was a little unfriendly but nothing that set off red flags. I missed one appointment. Apparently someone in the office scheduled a second appointment without my knowledge and changed the doctor im.seeing without discussing it with me. I would guess they feel busy enough they dont care if a patient comes back or not. Shawna is a bit abnoxious. If you can go to a different psych office with your insurance I would suggest avoiding this place.

horrible. they dont return calls- if you need Medicine refilled you have to leave a message- weeks can go by with no callback and no one at reception will let you speak to a real person- neither the doctor, nor the med line. This is not a patient friendly place. After our doctor left (who we loved)- its now as if they just want everyone to stop coming and wont engage.

This CPC office is wonderful. The customer service is great and they help you understand everything you need for your healthcare concerns. This is a drastic improvement compared to the Aberdeen Matawan CPC; which is a disorganized mess.

Horrible - I have been waiting for a call back for a month - left a ton of messages to try to get an appointment as a new patient and NO one phones you back - ridiculous.
