Whats the point of paying a monthly amount if when your dog has a problem they are always booked. Not worth my money at all. The ONLY doctor I am so grateful for is Dr. Tosh. He helped and dedicated his time in the beginning when my doberman started with his very severe skin issues. I didnt take him there anymore but when I went back a few years later to update and renew my prescription dog food he made it easy and actually remembered my Rocky. He was very pleased on how good he looked now and was happy to renew my prescription for the royal canine PR that my dog enjoys and helps keep him itch-free. Another note is my dog changed and so did my sisters. They always took them to the back to administer shots and my dog is very loving with humans but always got shy and very alert and scared when we went to banfield(except for Dr. Tosh, my dog liked him) and my sisters pittie was terrified to the point that my sister demanded they give him the shots in front of her and not in the back. But she still got fed up and canceled her plan. I canceled right after. We now take them to Fanwood and the dogs are so happy and friendly with the staff.

The veterinarian was incompetent, as were the rest of the staff. I was conned into purchasing a wellness plan and for the money its not worth it. They never have open slots, the veterinarian is extremely callous and they even suggested I get my cat put under for routine checkups. I didnt like how they took my cat to the backroom for shots and I heard her screaming bloody murder. I will never bring my cat to this location again. Since Im bound by contract I travel an extra 30 minutes to a further location for my pets care.

Always a long wait. And God forbid you have an emergency. I also didnt like them taking my dog to the back behind closed doors to administer shots. I had to ask them to only give shots in front of me.

Horrible experience with picking up monthly medications for my cat. They do not take good care of animals when they are dropped off in the morning. I do not recommend this Banfield to anybody.

Dr. Tosh is an amazing and very caring Doctor. He took my puppy on an emergency visit when no other Banfield location would take her. He is very caring and so is his staff!
