Called multiple times, didnt return my call till hours later after I had called to reach someone myself. When they finally called back they complained about my message being muffled and cut me off from talking. They also wouldnt give me the full name of the facility, so at first I didnt know who I was speaking with, they called back only saying "Counseling Center" I asked three times for the facility name as I was calling other places and they didnt give me an answer until I mentioned the town. Horrible office staff, such a headache before anything ever happened. Once I finally got an answer I was told I cant go there until I complete another program first...

After a month a waiting for an appointment I was slightly late to that appointment due to work. They completely turned me away and said I would not get another appointment. While my friend gets in right away. This place does not care about your well being. I thought doctors were supposed to help you. Not this place they do not care and probably wont even see you. Rude front desk staff as well. Nothing nice to say about this place

My mom is a resident in the Heritage East building since May 2016. My mom, my sister and I could not be happier with the care she is receiving. My mom as well as all the residents are kept very clean and well groomed. The rooms are also very clean. The nurses, aides, therapists and all other employees right down to housekeeping are very kind and willing to assist in any way possible. Thank you CHCC!

I had a very good experience here. I was treated with respect and dignity, the unit was clean, and I felt safe. The only thing I did not like was that my psychiatrist used manipulation to get me to agree to change my medicine.

worst front desk staff ever ...good luck hearing back from them ...no choice . Waiting room can be frightening at times
