My experiences could not be more different than those previously expressed. I was a customer when I lived in the area but tried others when I moved about 20 miles away. After a few years I came back, happily driving the 20 miles. The owner is careful and concerned that you are getting the right glasses. Too many other places will hang anything on your face without any concern whether it will work well for you. My frames have always been well put together, and very carefully adjusted. Any subsequent adjustments and repairs have been done happily with no charge. Perhaps you can find some places that are cheaper but I learned the hard way you get what you pay for. After 5 years of glasses that were as annoying as they were useful I returned to this shop and will continue to be a patient/customer.

This guy charges Park Ave prices because he says he is the best. Had numerous problems over the few years that I went there. Always blamed someone else. Finally sold me a rx that I did not need. Found out from my DR that the original rx was fine. He will not stand behind his work like he tells people. Refused to give me a refund when I asked him. Actually used my old rx from Lenscrafters that worked well the FIRST time instead of my $700 "best" glasses. Stay far away from this guy!
