I would like to thank Dr. Robinson and all his office staff. After a month of stomach pain and much resistance a friend recommended I go to see his family doctor. I am glad I finally went. Appointment was made easily. Doc was very friendly and explained every thing in terms I could understand. After a thorough physical exam, blood work and an abdominal ultrasound all done in the same visit which was very convenient for me as I had to take a half day from work he came up with his diagnosis. My labs came back quickly and my prescription was called in and ready at the pharmacy by the time I got there. Thank you Dr. Robinson

While the office leaves much to be desired the medical staff is very polite and professional with great bed side manners. You will wait a while when you go, but theyre trying to give each patient as much time as they need and dont like to rush people out the door. This can be good and bad and that, along with the condition of the office (its old and in sore need of an update) are the reasons I took a star away from the rating. If you can put up with the wait youll get personalized service and never feel like a number. My whole family goes, and we can go anywhere. Thats about the best endorsement I can give.

The most inexperienced office staff people who dont want to speak / provide good customer service. The entire staff needs to be let go. Doctor and PAs are great but I am considering changing since the office is not responsive at all. I would recommend new patients to not go here only because of the staff. They dont reply messages, dont answer phones, put you on hold and then just chat away. If you want to get your blood work, you will have to take anotehr day off and visit the office in person.

Been a patient there for years. NEVER seen the doctor. The only reason I stay is because its convenient and the PAs and nurses are nice. However, dont expect get test results anytime soon. Dont expect them to pick up the phone anytime soon. Dont expect them to get back to you. Anytime soon on that last one would be unexpected indeed. The place looks and feels like my moms basement-clutterred and unlivable. Thank god I dont have any major health issues. I wouldnt go there if I did.

This office is simply a "box pusher". Meaning they get as many people in and out as they can. They have a few PAs and one Dr. With all due respect to Dr. Robinson, who is very professional when you finally get to see him, their admin staff needs lessons in customer service and how to treat people properly. Although the PA and the Dr are great I do not find it worthwhile because you have to deal with such a horrible admin staff.

DR. TIMOTHY ROBINSON IS THE COOLEST, PHILOSOPHICALLY AND MEDICALLY KNOWLEDGEABLE DOCTOR I KNOW. HE IS VERY CONSCIENCIOUS AND VERY CARING FOR YOUR HEALTH NEEDS AND IS ONE TO STAND OUT FROM THE REST BECAUSE HES VERY REAL FORTHRIGHT AND MOST VERY LOTAL AND PROFESSIONAL. IM VERY HAPPY AS WELL WITH HIM RESIDING CLOSE TO HOME.

We go there all the time. The doctors are perfect. Especially Dr. Robinson and Anne-Marie who is his assistant. The nurses are very good too however I can not say the same thing for the office staff. No smile, cold and they can be rude.Not proffesional at all. I still give Excellent because of the doctors and nurses..

Dr. Robinson is an excellent doctor. He has excellent bedside manners, listens to his patients, & goes above & beyond in treating you properly. Dr. Robinson has treated myself & my family for many years & we are thankful for him. Thank you, Dr. Robinson for your dedication to your patients.

Dr. Robinson is great, knows his stuff and knows how to treat people. His office staff on the other hand. The have very limited people and office skills. The total attitude is that of, I dont care about you or what ever you are here for. Not good at all in the medical world.
