After 4 hours waiting to get an appointment day finally my day arrived. I was waiting for hours meanwhile other customers complained, that they only do one procedure at a time for hours of waiting when other places do several instead of having you come in for one procedure only at a time. Many people were furious. Finally after hours of waiting with an appointment it was my turn. I was taken to an open area were my hippa rights were violated at this facility. The staff decided to read off my medical history in an open area where people were standing as well as walking around and this staff member was talking aloud. I was so humiliated and embarrassed, I got up and started walking away as the staff asked me if I was coming back I replied NO never. I complained but it took weeks to even get someone to hear my complaint and finally it was brushed under the table like nothing ever happened. Do Not Go To This Facility!!! You Have Been Warn

pediatrics Dentist side is smooth and quick, i dont wait long for my girls to be seen by they dentist, they always friendly and make my child conformable and not afraid of the procedures. Down side is making or changing appointments, is ridiculous you have to wait 2 hours on the phone waiting to make an appointment, i went to the complaint website and made a complaint someone email me next day and made my girls the appointment. Now i just email the person every time my daughters need an appointment.

The wait is ridiculous. You could arrive half an hour early to your appointment just to be called in almost two hours later. This happens every single time Ive shown up. The schedule is always booked so youll either be given a walk in appointment by the doctor or wait months to be seen again. The dentists and assistants are efficient, but there will still be a wait once youre called in because they may be working on multiple patients at once.

Pediatric dentists and assistants are very pleasant and made my childrens visit a comfortable experience...however, when calling for information or to schedule an appointment, the wait time is rediculous and can become very annoying to wait that long to ask a simple question and be rushed off the call...will gladly recommend to others for services but not to call for anything, instead go in and make appointments in person.

It is really terrible when you trying to call to make an appointment or ask any questions they dont even let you finish talking and there was just trying cut you off and its really rude.. she just needs someone to let her know how to answer the phone

Forget about getting through to make an appointment or to reschedule an appointment. The staff is friendly for pediatrics but terrible terrible to get a hold of the office. Youre best bet to reschedule an appointment is to go in person.

Really bad they make me paid $250 for a procedure to my son and after i paid they said he dont need it anymore, its been a few years and im still waiting for my refund. Everytime i call they make a new excuse.

Its most horrible place to visit. If you value your time, please dont visit this location. I was attended to 2hrs after the appointment time. No communication with the patients in waiting area. Its terrible

You literally will be on the phone hours just to make a appointment to this dump,,,Bronx has the worst heath care system in the city,,,,4 hrs on the phone everytime I freaking call,,absolutely ridiculous

This place is not good they call you in have you wait in the dental chair for an hour and dont even attend you and the machines are dirty you have an appointment for on thing and they do something else

Really long wait. The pediatrics are really good and really nice. Any appointment after 8am you will be there all day 3 to 5 hours.
