DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF ENTERING THIS ESTABLISHMENT! If I could give it negative stars I would! I went to this place to save money from the usual doctor I go to. The eye contact exams are 60 dollars because they are preformed by old inexperience tecnichians not even certified doctors. My contact lens of which I purchased a years supply, make me blind. Its like Im wearing someone elses contacts. The pers emotion is totally off and as a college undergrad studying in PA this has really screwed me over. Some one needs to report these ppl! And in the end I only saved about 30 bucks. The crap quality was definitely not worth it. Horrible customer quality as well, these ladies do not know how to treat customers at all. I have never written a review before but it was my duty to expose these horrible ppl

A manager by the name of Sandra, if that is even her name, at the Urban Eyes location at 390 e. fordham road was very discriminatory to me. She lied about the establishment being under the Better Business Bureau. She refused to give me her name until i mentioned a complaint. She made jokes in spanish to her colleagues(evident due to the fact that when i became irate, she engaged in conversation with fellow employees and they laughed as a group). I dont speak spanish. She does not value consumers or the community in which she works. Urban Eyes deserves new management and employees. They lack empathy and are very disrespectful.

Very unprofessional and rude staff Ive witness some of the staff making fun of people because they cant understand English yet they lack of professionalism and some cant speak it correctly. After 4 years of being a costumer there im glad to say I wont ever go back. They need to take a course of costumer service or they need to look for another field because clearly theyre miserable in there.

Terrible customer service. A few months ago tried to purchase some new pair of glasses with my doctors prescription.. turned out that they gave me a very blurry shade & they refused to do an exchange or refund for their own mistake. The only option the associate gave me was to pay a fee to repair them. Do NOT invest any money at that store, youll regret it

They do a good job, and theyre quick. Ive gotten contact lenses here. Ive had old glasses repaired and upgraded. Ive gotten new glasses here. It has always been a good experience.
