Employees has no rights there.my son was not feeling well.I try to be at work it was not possible.so I try calling out two hours before, no one was picking up,so I kept on trying.I got on to my supervisor after 2pm, so I tried to explain what happened, her remarks was I dont care if you or your is sick,she hung up the phone,so I dont show up.I call my five star to explain what had happened,my agency told me that she will be writing me up for no call no show and she will be sending me a warning letter in the mail..

Worst experience ever I worked 4 days at ....... rehab and they only paid me for 1 saying that ........ instructed them not to pay me for the additional 3 days because I didnt finish my orientation and when I contacted ....... rehab they told me they sent over my time sheet for them to pay me. I contacted dept of labor. But this is the question why would you pay me for one day and not 4 days. They dont deserve not even 1 star

This is very much a scamming agency. There is absolutely 0 diversity. If you are not a certain religion and a certain race they will not give you a second thought. I went there for an interview and felt absolutely worthless. The man spoke to me for about two seconds. Didnt even ask me anout my resume and sent me out the door. While there it I should tell you this place looks like a home remodeled into a sham office.

This is a great place to work for, pretty helpful people who are willing to get involved in any issues youre having even if its not in their department. I can tell you most of the negative feedback are most likely people who were not good employees. There is always 2 sides to one coin and I can tell you in the end, if youre easy to deal with and like to work, this a pretty good agency for you!

Their payroll sucks. I have to be chasing them all the time for my damn money. Their staffing is unreliable. They need people with experiences and more trained in customer service. And they should talk to people better.
