The staff here is great and I had a great time at my actual appointment. The people were very patient as I chose my eyeglasses and the routine exam was great! I thought I had chosen a great place! Then they told me it would be 7-10 days for my glasses. After 10 days, I called to check in and they had no update. After 13 days I called and they said they should be in on Thursday (day 14). It has now been 16 business days waiting for my glasses and no one has called me at all or messaged me letting me know that they are running late or for what reason. For something that costs a lot of money and has a very important function, I would hope that their staff would be more caring about ensuring the patients receive their orders.

A wonderful practice and I highly recommend you come here for all your eye care needs. The front staff are all amazing, friendly, and professional. They walk you through everything and explain anything you might not understand. Its so great to come to a place with a genuine human aspect that cant be scripted. Dr. Arthur is a very knowledgeable, professional, personable, and great doctor. What more can you ask? This is not like a regular practice, Perspective Family Eyecare goes beyond whats considered "normal eye care." They even helped me select a new pair of glasses which I love. Thank you Perspective and Dr. Arthur!!

Found the office from the insurance company and was able to set up an appointment easily via their website for my 5 year old son. The Saturday before his appointment the receptionist called to ask for my sons insurance information which I gave. Showed up today for my sons appointment early to be told he could not be seen because its a holiday and his insurance could not be verified. I am very disappointed with their level of professionalism. His insurance information should have been verified before his scheduled appointment.

I visited Perspective and thought the staff was friendly and helpful. An appointment was easy to get and I didnt have a long wait time after arriving. There is a optical on premises so no need to go anywhere with your Rx, get your eyeglasses there too!!.. Dr. Benjamin Arthur is warm, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. I think hes great for the community and I will be scheduling an appointment for my 6 yr old in the coming weeks. I found my familys eye doctor!!!

Dr. Benjamin Arthur is a fantastic physician who is patient, walked me through all the steps and provided clear explanations in regards to my screening and condition. He was even so kind enough to help me pick out my first set of frames. Hes very peronable and beyond friendly. He encourages dialog and you asking questions. No question is too dumb or can be asked enough. I would [and have!] definitely recommend that you have Dr. Arthur as your family eye doctor.

I stumbled across Dr. Ben last week on the Net. Very easy to book an appointment. The staff is super friendly. Daniel is super helpful. And friendly. And to be honest, I love Dr. Ben. Super funny and energetic. He is definitely an enjoyable experience. I left informed and empowered. The office is super chic. I didn’t know Ben was the owner. That’s how relatable he is to his patients. So down to earth. It’s official. He is my optometrist for life.

Ill keep it short. The specialist was very friendly and explained every thing he did that way you knew what you were getting. Staff was very friendly and patient. They stayed with me long after closing hours helping me choose a frame for my new glasses. These guys are my new eye care people. i will refer them to my family and friends. Ive gone to many eye care specialists over the years, but after visiting Dr. Arthur, I can say that I finally have a physician who can give me a honest opinion and recommendations on eye care. Dr. Arthur asked my allergies and gave me a new prescription that has literally worked wonders. I also LOVE my new specs. Highly Recommend!!!
