Waited over 3 hrs in waiting room, Doctor was rude and rushing me while talking, then insisted on giving me a much lower dose of my meds that Ive been taking for over 3 years and stated it is her recommendations to lower dosage and count of meds. Staff speaking Russian to one another when discussing my plan of care was not appreciated. Bathrooms were filthy and only had 1 bathroom for patients to use for obtaining urine samples and did not even have soap to wash hands in bathroom.. staff gave me a dirty look when asking for soap.

The more you visit this office the worst it gets. They have birthday parties in front of the patients.you get a 9am appt.you have to wait till 11am before they see anyone.while u wait they have to eat breakfast.They r very rude to americans.They have 1 unisex restroom which is disgusting.

terrible bedside manner, rude & rushing my concerns, does not give out pain medications unless u are dying or want a lower dose than u were taking, staff not speaking English around patients, waited a very long time over 2 hours in dirty waiting room
