Even after I offered a list of concerns, potential allergies, and skin sensitivities, the doctor merely looked at my face and told me I had adult acne. She put me on 3 expensive treatments (none of which helped) for 2 months straight. My skin is now much worse, and the topical gels I was given irritated my skin to the point of eczema. Now 2 months later and with no help from my treatments (and feeling far worse about my appearance than I did before). I am supposed to go back for a second check up, to see how the medications worked (they didnt). However, the doctor called and canceled my appointment just days before, after I had already rescheduled my work around it. Not to mention I have been waiting already so patiently to get re-examined/diagnosed. (maybe properly this time) When I called back to reschedule my canceled appointment, the receptionist told my that it didnt get canceled. So I asked her if she was certain 2 times and finally she said oh wait, your doctor wont be here tomorrow she has the day off... so, apparently, if I wouldnt have persisted in asking, I would have shown up to an appointment with no doctor. as it went, I am seeing a new doctor at this same facility tomorrow and am hoping for some sort of proper care that I would expect from a doctors office. Tomorrow I will insist upon a full exam and proper diagnosis. well see what happens. UPDATE: went back and saw a different doctor this time. I feel much better about the care I received and was given some assurance that the new treatments would work. I feel better about this experience, but still not one my favorite doctor experiences of all times.

After doing extensive research about tattoo removal, I made an appointment for a laser tattoo removal consulation at Dr. Neimans office. The facility was very nice, the greeting at the front desk was very warm and professional, and I did NOT have to wait beyond my scheduled appointment time, which is almost unheard of in most healthcare practices. It was obvious to me from the start that Lauren and Mary Ann, who were the registered nurses that would conduct the tattoo removal, were very knowledgable and experienced in their field. They made me feel very comfortable, they answered all of my questions without hesitation, and I did not feel at all hurried so they could move on to their next appointment. Both Lauren and Mary Ann were straightforward about the procedure, the possible results of the laser removal (providing computerized images and photographs as well), and made it clear that they care more about making me aware of all possibilities and my appearance than about taking my money. I had a great feeling when I left the office, and booked an appointment. I had completed my first session of removal today, and I was so prepared for it by Dr. Neimans staff, that the laser tattoo removal process turned out to be more pleasant that I had anticipated! I am excited and comfortable in completing this process. Ive had a great experience thus far- Thanks again!

My visit at Dr. Neimans office was a complete waste of time & money. The female doctor I had an appointment with came in the room completely absent-minded and showed absolutely no interest in my concerns about my skin. She made me feel like I was imagining things on my skin. It came across as if she was belittling my concerns. Instead of looking over my skin where I felt my problem areas were, she looked me in the face and continued to say, "I dont see anything." She finally asked what my symptoms were and after I responded with "itching", she told me that, "sometimes people get in the habit of itching their skin in certain spots that when it doesnt actually itch, they automatically go to itch that particular spot."- worst response Ive ever heard from a "doctor". At one point during my visit, I honestly thought, "Ok- when are the cameras going to come out? Is this a joke?" I cancelled my follow-up appointment. 100% unprofessional, including the front desk receptionist. I would never recommend anybody to become a patient at this office.

HORRIBLE!!!!!
JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH THIS INCONSIDERATE OFFICE. IM A PATIENT AND I CALLED BECAUSE I HAD MISSED AN APPOINTMENT BECAUSE OF A SURGERY. I ASKED IF I CAN GET AN ENERGENCY REFILL BEFORE I GO INTO MY NEXT SURGERY ON FRIDAY DEC.2.2011 AND THEY DENIED ME. MIND YOU I HAD TO CALL THE OFFICE A COUPLE TIMES, BECAUSE THEY NEVER RETURNED MY CALL WITH THEIR SO CALLED CALL BACK WITHIN 24HR POLICY THEY DENIED EVEN GIVING SAMPLES OF THE CREAM I NEEDED FOR MY ACNE!! OHH AND HEARS THE BEST PART...... I ASKED IF I CAN SPEAK TO DR. NEIMAN OR LEAVE A MESSAGE FOR HIM TO CALL ME BACK AND THE RECEPTIONIST AND NURSE JOHNATHAN SAID DR. NEIMAN DOES NOT RETURN HIS PATIENTS CALLS!!!! WHAT KIND OF DR. WOULD NOT WANT TO CREATE RELATIONSHIPS WITH THEIR PATIENTS. WHO CAN YOU TRUST??? THAT OFFICE IS A BUNCH OF BULL THATS FOR SURE, THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO WORK WITH THIER PATIENTS.... THEY ALL HAVE AN & OHH WELL ATTIDUDE... DONT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE

Absolutely amazed! Dr. Neiman is such an intelligent man, he was able to identify a rather rare skin condition that I had dealt with for years! I normally wouldnt make a comment about such a thing, but I was impressed after doing further research on my diagnosis, just how special of a dermatologist you would have to be in order to even properly assess my issue. It amazes me that a condition you had for over 2 years, could be treated in as little as 10 days with the proper treatment. Also the front desk and nursing staff were fantastic!

I took my mom in to get a facial for mothers day. Caroline and the rest of the staff took excellent care of her, and made her feel, and look amazing. Her skin glowed after just one session. I booked another appointment right then and cant wait to see what a second visit will do. I will certainly be back, and will recommend Dr. Neimans to all my friends.

Dr. Neiman gave the clear impression that I was unimportant to him. He also made me feel stupid (which thoroughly frustrates me since Im a health care professional who knows at least a little bit about my skin). It seems like just another one of those offices who tries to push the products that they market. I do not at all recommend.

Been going here for about a year now and absolutely love it! The staff actually cares about you, more so than just what you came in for. They remember you and ask about your life and whats new. Very friendly and overall give a very warming experience! Well Done!

I had an appointment with Dr. Neiman last week and was very pleased with how friendly and personable he was. He assessed my condition and helped me understand exactly what I was experiencing. His receptionists were very friendly also.
