My mother left the practice first, then I left, my father will be leaving, and so will my little sister. They are the absolute worst. Unprofessional! I met with my primary and he didnt even look me in my eye, asked me 5 questions, and left out of the room. Anytime you bring up an issue with the office "manager" Yvonne she gets defensive and you can just tell that no resolution is going to come out of the conversation you have with her . They are running this "business" with eyes wide shut! If you want to receive "care" from a place that doesnt take care of your needs but would rather stereotype you and place you in a category because they dont understand or know how to work with diverse populations then by all means this is the place for you. However, if you would like for your healthcare concerns to actually be taken seriously by you primary physician, the PAs, and the nurses the run dont walk away from this place. Yvonne does a great job at doing Nothing to make sure her practitioners are doing what theyre supposed to do and NOT addressing her patients concerns and making sure we stay happy. Thanks to Mosher Health I sought and found a new wonder primary physician, as did my mother, and so will my father and younger sister. The only thing theyre good for is showing you that there has to be better out there.

This place is just awful. I dont know if the patients make the providers not care or if the providers and administrators make the patients edgy, but the entire atmosphere here sucks. Weve waited over a month for appointments multiple times. And then when you finally do get an appointment, they are always late and then spend 15-mins with you. After years of being a patient here, I think Ive seen my Primary doctor twice. The rest of the time I see the PAs which is actually fine with me since the doctor has NO personality or empathy. They consistently screw up my prescription refills and leave me without medication. And forget about using their online scheduling or communication system, I dont think anyone actually ever looks at it. The people who work the check-in desk are pleasant, but the administrators are rude. We tried using the Urgent Care once and were turned away and told to go somewhere else after sitting in the waiting room for almost an hour.

I would like to start off and say that I really love my doctors office. I see Dr. Baez every time I need something. Im always greeted by kind courteous staff and excuse me for my cursing, they have one hell of a nursing staff. I see a male nurse that accompanies Dr. Baez and it is extremely refreshing to see and hear a male voice, I think his name is Mac? I cant even begin to explain what Mac and Dr. Baez have done for me over the past year. Theyve helped me overcome my uncontrolled blood sugar problems and helped me conquer my personal addictions and demons. If I could give this place 6 stars I would ... but I cant so off the record 10/10 stars. I look forward to seeing all the bright shinning people on each visit. This is one of the better run practices in the medical corridor. Thank you everyone at the Lifetime Health Mosher Center, especially Dr. Baez and her nurse Mac. I really need to remember that mans name, hes great!

If i could rate lower i would i called for a refill on my meds and they kept telling me they would call me back i have asthma and my rescue inhaler is out they never called me back so i called them told them i needed prednisone as well also asked for a appt and a nasty rude nurse got on the line to tell me i was being released due to not rescheduling my last appt i told her the reason why i didnt reschedule and she said oh well and hung up the phone i would never recommend them to anyone so i hope in the midst of me finding a new doctor and getting my meds nothn happens if it does its on that rude nasty nurse

If I could give no stars, I would. I will say that my provider was OK, but the general staff attitude at the Mosher Center is awful. The nurses who answer phones and do simple tests (i.e. TB test) are the rudest folks Ive ever encountered. The pharmacy workers are rude and the x-ray gal at the desk was awful. I was a patient and put up with it for a couple of years before moving on. If everyone is unhappy, its time for Corporate to look into the problem, because it is THEIR problem; not the patients.

The customer service pertaining to this establishment to be honest sucks, especially when attempting to make appointments. I called to make an appointment and was told I could not go to the location near me but to the one 15 mins away.As soon as I said never mind the lady just hung up which is very distasteful.The least she could have done was say,"have a nice day" or "good bye". She was dry and unconcerned the entire time but this is just one of the minor incidents.

Called this location for an appointment, was never told my doctor would be in Amherst not buffalo, arrived at Buffalo location to be told I have no appointment here and my doctor is across town in Amherst. Reception is very unorganized when calling

Ive never had a bad experience and Ive gone there for work multiple times and I always was dealt with in a timely fashion. Not to mention the kindness of the staff and doctors. . I would recommend them to my family and friends.
