This place, as has been reviewed by so many others at other locations, is a huge rip off. I was there for 3 visits, care totaling nearly my entire $1,000 allowance by insurance. But, the insurance company wouldnt pay for all of the costs. This place did a basic cleaning on my 3rd visit (finally), but I thought they had done a cleaning on the 1st visit (but they claimed that was a "full mouth debridement" (which I did NOT need - after speaking with another dentist, the only time a full mouth debridement is needed is if you havent had your teeth cleaned in about 10 years or so). I came back for the 2nd visit for fillings. I was asked if I wanted a stain removed from one of my front teeth. I said that I didnt want it removed. I was fine with the stain (knowing that I would be charged if they removed it). They removed it anyway and called it a "filling" and charged me extra for that "filling". After 2nd visit, I was scheduled for my cleaning. I questioned it, but they said the first appointment was simply an exam of my teeth and that it wasnt really the cleaning. I returned that 3rd time and was charged yet again for services that insurance wasnt going to cover. The staff was extremely rude, and didnt seem to have one bit of remorse for stealing peoples hard-earned money for services not rendered or not agreed upon. I was told that because I signed paperwork the very first visit (before anything was done) agreeing to pay for any and all services rendered, I had no recourse. BEWARE...these people are scam artists and once you sign that piece of paper, you are allowing them to have full reign over what they charge you for, whether or not they actually performed the services.

I am a non insured customer and have been billed for over $5600.00. I have not received all of the services that they were paid for with the credit line approved for. In addition, I have received no phone calls to follow up on receiving those services. The cavities that were filled feel a bit like sand paper. I still have pain after tooth restoration. I had surgery to remove two teeth. After surgery, I was left with marks on my arm and no post surgical doctor visit. The temporary denture made for me is so painful to wear. Honestly, do not get surgery here. I have had extractions before and Aspen was the worst of all of them. I still have a lot of dental work to do and I thought Aspen would be a good fit. It seems as they are just another corporation bettering their bottom line without really caring for the patient. I expected as a paying customer to be treated much better. I am going to have to call them and get treatment after my jaw heals and am a bit apprehensive.

my son went to this place to get his teeth worked on he had several infections going on something that a normal dentist would do in just a few visits they gave my son the run around didnt take care of him sent him to another dr for root canals which costed even more money my sons insurance didnt cover because it was not aspen dental they aspen told him dont worry we will make sure it gets covered well that was a lie 3500 dollars went to another dentist and insurance wouldnt cover when it said it would assurant employee benifits and aspen have a scam going on and i now have an lawyer involved they totally made his mouth worse had to go to someone else and spend even more money but it was the best thing i did.... and i am not the first person to get a lawyer on them.. very very disappointed....there is more to this story also getting news 4 action involed they should have called me to take care of matters...

The service was fine; my main issue was the trouble with the billing. I had work done at this office twice this past year, the first was to have my impacted wisdom teeth removed and the second was to have some cavities filled. The first time they over charged me by $300 and the only reason I discovered this was by going over my insurance claim and seeing what they paid. The second time they overcharged me by $285 but again I looked at my insurance claim and my insurance paid everything in FULL. The first time I dealt with the office directly to get my money back but the second time I went through the BBB because I do not feel this is an isolated case. The response I got back from their corporate office was that they give you an ESTIMATE of what your insurance will pay and you have to cover the rest that day even though everything is 100% covered. Word to the wise CHECK WHAT YOUR INSURANCE PAYS!

At 25 years old having never been to the dentist, I was extremely nervous and scared to go to the dentist for the first time. From the moment I arrived at Aspen dental I was welcomed and reassured that everything would be fine. I was told specifically what would happen and how things would happen. Elise the dental assistant and Dr. Singh were gentle and fixed my teeth up without any pain whatsoever. Darlene cleaned my teeth exceptionally well and explained everything as she did it which was comforting. Marissa is a wonderful manager at the Cheektowaga center. Shes so friendly and made me feel absolutely at ease and provided me a way to get the treatment I needed! It was such a great experience! :)

Had a wonderful experience at Aspen. They have a very friendly and professional staff. My actual dentist was Dr. Singh. It was my first visit, she met me at the door with a smile. She turned out to be so talented that I was awestruck at her skills to the point I called my mother after my visit. She has ridiculously good small motor skills in her hands and a penchant for perfection. I am a skilled tradesman and have always admired the results of quality and knowledge. She has them both. I consider myself very fortunate to have found her. I have a bunch more work to go but have every confidence that I have the right person in my corner.

I cant believe how this location handled me .. they had my dental insurance wrong I told them the right one when I first got in there but it didnt get corrected when I was there .. I had multiple infection going on and its very dangerous because Im pregnant they didnt do anything to help me so later in the evening I had to go to the emergency room to got an antibiotic . When I told the ER where I had gone earlier in the day to get dental treatment they knew of the place well from other patients having problems with them .. Im not returning to this place at all

After biting into a chocolate cookie from Tim Hortons I cracked my molar I got in the next day which was great. After seeing the doctor we decided on a temporary crown after getting the novacain I could still feel the tooth so she gave me another shot which went up the side of my face she started working on the tooth and I could feel it. And it hurd. She said I cant give you any more and I was making her anxoius. Chair side manner not the best or where to put the needle. Other then that happy so far with the temporary crown.
