They DO NOT take walk ins despite what their website says. After trying to navigate their nightmare of a website, I figured I would stop by first thing in the morning because their website claims they take walk ins, as does the email sent to me by my future employer. You cant call to make an appointment (well, you can but youll waste 5 minutes of your life before an automated system tells you to make it online- it never lets you speak to a human no matter what option you select). Theres very few appointment times avaluable online, and my future employer was requiring it be done within 72 hours. I checked the hours on the site and everything said they do drug screens starting at 7 am on Fri. I show up at exactly 7 and the doors are locked. I wait, and when an employee finally shows up she informs me that they start taking appointments at 7:30 as if I should have known that- even the sign on the door says they start drug screens at 7 am!! At this point, Im requesting to go elsewhere even if it means paying out of pocket.

The woman who was there was incredibly nice, and helpful. The facility appeared to be clean. I cant speak to the waiting room because I was able to go right in.

On time for my appointment. Waited over 45 minutes past my appointment to get in. Lab tech was less than skilled in her craft as well. Awful experience.
