Extremely disappointed. I was a first time patient who had high hopes considering all the positive reviews but was let down. When I called to make my first apt I asked for the works. Check up, cleaning, everything. The first apt (Friday 8 am) went OK except for the fact that I was expecting a cleaning after my examination, because that is what I asked for on the phone. When the dr was finished I asked am I not getting a cleaning? He told me to go to the receptionist and make an apt who informed me that "they dont do cleanings on the first visit because they dont know the condition of the patients teeth" this would have been fine if I was informed this on the phone but I felt that I was mislead. I then discussed with the receptionist what the dr recommend... a filling replacement, sealants and of course a cleaning. I made my next apt for a few days later informing the receptionist that I would most likely be a few minutes late because I was coming from work. Of course driving to my next apt which was 530 on a Monday I got stuck in traffic and called the receptionist to let her know I would be a few mins behind schedule. She said that the dental hygienist had to leave at 6. I informed her that I should be there by 545 if they could still take me. When I got to the I saw the dental hygienist HIDE in the back as I walked in. I explained to the receptionist that I was here for my 530 apt. She informed me that the dental hygienist had "left" for the day and that I have to make another appointment. As you can imagine I was extremely frustrated since I had rushed here from work. The hygienist then came out from the back and said that she can take me but she had to leave at 6.... If there was such a strict policy about leaving at 6 I should have been made aware upon booking the apt when I told the receptionist I would be a few minutes late. After the cleaning was done I asked if I should go sit down for the rest of the work to be done (sealants and filling) but the receptionist said I need to make a THIRD appointment (in less than a week). I obliged and made my apt 2 days later for Wednesday at 6. This time I ensure that I arrived on time leaving work a few minutes early. When I checked in for my 6 pm Wednesday apt I was told that in fact my apt is for the next day (Thursday) at 6. I would have never agreed to that since I already had a prior engagement for 5:45 Thursday scheduled. Therefore, I was mislead again. Needless to say, I will not be reccomending this place to my family or friends and I will never be making an appointment again.

It was my first time going to Pak Dentistry and I am really happy with the experience. I went in for a cleaning and the hygienist,Samira, did a great thorough job. After my cleaning Dr. Pak did my exam and I had to come back for fillings. His assistant did a great job calming me down because I was really nervous that I wouldnt get numb properly during the procedure. I have had bad experiences in the past, but it was the first time I was actually numb during the whole procedure! I was amazed because it did not hurt at all and will continue to come here for my dental treatment!

My experience at Pak Dentistry was astonishing. I love the fact that the staff are extremely friendly and understanding to all patient needs. I came in for a root canal and was very nervous about the procedure ; Dr.Pak explained every step of the procedure and I felt even more comfortable with doing so. I was very embrassed about my teeth because they were in not a great condition. I came in feeling embrassed and ashamed of my teeth and walk out with a brand new confident attitude. I just want to say thank you Dr.Pak I feel like Im walking on sunshine and it feels Good!!!!

I had 2 root canals done on friday morning. Oh man was i terrified. Everyone was telling me it was gona hurt, i was gona be in pain, and it was gona smell nasty. But the outcome was the best feeling because i was expecting the worst but i got the best. Lieterally! Dr.pak himself was amazing and his assistant was so friendly and really made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Amazing service!! I highly recommend this dentist. I am still finish work on my mouth and am confident to continue with this dentist.

Ive been seeing Dr. Pak for about two years and Im so happy I found him! Ive seen the same dentist forever but then when I moved, I never was happy with another dentist... But when I found Dr. Pak, I knew I found a great dentist. My dental hygenist Katelin is so thorough with my cleanings and she is so sweet. She cleans my teeth better than anyone ever has and it doesnt hurt one bit!! I would def recommend them both!

Over charge patients for things other dentist never charged. They stated that fluoride treatment was not covered by my insurance Met life this I know for a fact us not true because my younger kids goes to my original desyist in queens and get that done very 3 months. I believe the disgust for me was charging my oldest son for a box of floss... Something that is given yo patient at every visit.

I highly recommend Pak Dentistry to anyone who is seeking a dental staff who truly cares about their patients and will give you all your options from the lowest cost to the highest and you pick what your budget can afford. The dentist doesnt pressure you and works with you to giving you the care you need. Also, the whole staff makes you feel very comfortable.

Ive never actually had to go back to edit my review until now. I now have mixed feelings about my experience at Pakistan Dentistry. The staff is friendly, HOWEVER, comments made by the staff about how often you see a patient and about all the money theyre taking is incosiderate and unprofessional. I dont need anyone rubbing it in my face.

Pak Dentristry is great. From the moment you walk in the receptionist are welcoming. Katelin was my hygienist and she was great. She kept telling me what she was doing and kept me imformed the entire time. Dr. Pak is very nice. He lets you know what needs to be done and what are your options. I would definitely recommend going here.
