If you like to be treated like like crap go there! The office/reception & nurse staff are nice. Since their computer system is in place the Drs barely speak to you. Youre lucky to get a full 5 minutes of there time because theyre running behind. Be prepared to wait in the waiting room for 30-60 mins. and then in the exam room another 30-60 min. In the nurses own words "Over booked & understaffed" Thats normal for that place. Also you will never see the same Dr. for more than 9 months to a year because they NEVER stick around that long. Ive put up w/ this for a number of years and the straw that broke my back was when they couldnt/wouldnt call in my Rx to the pharmacy (messages were being sent to the Drs through their "system"). IT TOOK 5 DAYS for them to get around to it. And to not have a life saving medication for that long is unacceptable. I WOULD RECOMMEND NO ONE WASTE THEIR TIME W/ THIS PLACE. Unless you like to pay for a place that seems to be run like it were a free clinic. Ive asked one Dr. why this place was so horrible he said its a problem with the man sitting in his penthouse in NYC who owns it. Its all about the money to him. Good luck if you go here.

I was scheduled for a 0930 appointment. I was never provided with the courtesy of a confirmation call. Im then told by the clueless receptionist that I can return in several hours. A week previously, I was scheduled for 0900 and wasnt seen until well after 0930. This place is a joke. When a place isnt able to manage the fundamentals of the patient care experience, how am I to trust any patient care that is provided. Run away because this is the problem with todays health care system

A 175 degree experience from my previous visits. The staff could not have been more professional and comforting during a time of extreme emotional and physical pain. I was seen at exactly the time of my appointment and a complete workup was done, medications and procedures prescribed and I was on my way in less than an hour. My experiences with the dental clinic were always exemplar.

While everyone is nice as ever in ellenville, the mental health department is a joke. They are constantly moving people in and out so once you are used to a therapist, boom they are gone. Its not fair. Its happened to me twice in a year. Mental health should be about stability and getting better and that is hard to do when you are switching from doctor to doctor.

The Staff and Dentist are very nice at The Institute for Family Health Dental center In Ellenville NY. I never had to wait for hour in the waiting room. Doctor Buch Who is the Oral Surgeon, Doctor Terzano and all the dental assistants are very Nice and caring people. Also the dental receptions at the front desk are nice as well.

Nurse practitioners are how horrible there misdiagnosed twice with two different issues ... Make you come in separate for blood work and staff is rude... Specific drs are decent tho the others I wouldnt trust their diagnosis either

I do not recommend coming here. My appointment was booked a month in advance and then it was canceled twice, so I took me 3 months to see a doctor.
