My son just begun going here. The Dr., hygienist, and other staff were all very kind, friendly, and respectful of my wishes as his parent! I was totally satisfied with every aspect of this office, from scheduling to the Dentists genuine concern and care for his patients. As we got ready to leave my son even gave his dentist a hug good bye, quite surprising considering how nervous he was! With health care being so strained because of insurance company restrictions, the personal attention and care has not been lost to this office.

Dr Dillingham has poor bedside manner. Hygienist threatens child with "Mom leaving the room" and suggests restraints when child is scared and agitated. Office staff are generally snarky and unkind. Final straw was learning from a new dental office that my child does NOT need $2,400 worth of work (just under our insurance coverage limit) for the second year in a row. Glad I got a second opinion, and that after 6 years we dont have to go back to this office.
