If allowed, Id give Dr. James Cui no stars. I do not believe he is qualified to be practicing any field of medicine. He lets his assistants do all the work - diagnose the condition, prescribe the medication, perform the follow-up care - and only saw me (the patient) when I demanded his presence. I came to his office because he supposedly had the medical experience and expertise to diagnose my condition. I did not come to his office to be diagnose by his lackeys, fresh out of medical school. Dr. Cui lacks bedside manner. He addresses his patients in his dental mask. How does he think that would make his patients comfortable to confide in him, if he even lets his patients get a word in. He must be assuming everything since he does not let the patient explain or ask questions. When he finally saw me, he took one look at me, made a diagnosis, gave me a vague and brief explanation, had his lackey write me a prescription and said "see you in two weeks for a follow up." I protested loudly and told him I needed him to answer my questions. He gave me the run around and left the room. I was stuck with his lackey and forced to put my questions to him. Not that he was much help either. I left that office with the impression that this doctor did not practice medicine in the interests of his patients. I certainly did not leave that office with any reassurance of his ability. I came home and googled. Learned more about my supposed condition and promptly found another doctor for a second opinion. In conclusion, Dr. James Cui is an extremely incompetent quack. His MD should not stand for "medical degree," but instead "mostly delusional" and "medically daft."

This place is run by PAs. The doctor literally came in for less than two minutes and asked his PA to take care of my acne issues. I said, I came to see a SPECIALIST, not a PA; so I specifically asked him to be seen by him. He dismissed my request and just walked out while I was talking. I went there because I also had some quite stubborn scalp issues, but he didnt even diagnose it. Dr. Cui is the most disrespectful doctor Ive ever seen. His behavior was utterly unprofessional, and he is doing disservice to the patients who come to consult the opinion of a specialist - mostly likely, youll be seeing one of his PAs.

Truly an Insurance scammer. Not sure how someone can maintain such a horrible service. We were the only patient in the waiting area and it still took us an hour to be seen by the assistant. I have been going to dr Cui for @12years and have had only the best experiences with dr Cui & his staff. Dr Cui has always listened to my questions patiently & been very helpful with his diagnoses & treatments. Aesthetically, he is also the only doctor I trust to inject lip filler & does a beautiful job each time. I will only go to Dr Cui for lip injections. I truly cannot believe these bad reviews about his service because I honestly have always had the best treatment from him & recommend him highly.

I give one star just to be able to write comment. I paid $ 115 for his assistant to just "look" at my acne. They asked me hundreds of questions not related to my visit and kept on pushing on treatments, lasers and peels. At the end, dr. Cui came in and said " not willing to pay for any treatment huh!" So,$115 for 10min. Of "looking" and being insulted....please consider other dr.

Dear Reviewers, What did you honestly expect when you went to a doctor in flushing? These medical clinics stay in business because their patients are mostly low-income immigrants: and because of this your reviews mean nothing as the majority of Dr.cuis patience will never see them.

Truly an artist. Not sure how someone can maintain such a horrible service. I can only suspect that there is a side business or scam going on. We were the only patient in the waiting area and it still took us an hour to be seen by the assistant. We never saw the doctor In 3 visits.

Insurance scammer. My wife went there for acne, got some spray on her face and was billed as surgery. Just heard another friend who complained this guy as a insurance scammer yesterday.
