I when to this clinic so this dr can take care of me the waiting is ridiculous and after he finally came inside the room I try to explain my situation and he stared been care less and really disrespectful when i was trying to explain my situation he didnt wanted to paid me no mind and as I was asking to send my prescription to CVS pharmacy he rude attitude stared showing up I said to send to 24 hours CVS near my place and He said that was not his job and he dont work for the pharmacy I even offered to check the right address because I wanted to see that the prescription goes to the right CVS i saw that he didnt care of my situation that I been confronted for almost 5 years in and out of the hospital because of with the same symptoms and hoping he could address my situation I see no care on his behalf wile Im talking to him he walk out the room living me with my words on my mouth and close the door on my face showing me that he didnt even care so when I saw his Disrespectful attitude showing me that he didnt care about my situation I asked his assistant not to send anything in and the that I wasnt even dare to go back to him my trust for dr Yao is gone he neglected me showing me how unprofessional he is I walk out of his office really disappointed of the way he treated me right in front of his assistant I dont want anything to do with someone so unprofessional like Dr Yao

Called to make a new appointment as a new Patient, asked if they could confirm if they take my insurance. When you get here we can double check...hung up the phone. Week goes by arrived sign in give them my insurance card, then they tell me Dr. Yao doesnt accept my insurance anymore... 20 min drive, a week to wait for the appointment, and now I have to go through all the hurdles to get another referral... they dont take Health Care Partners / Emblem Health anymore. Also 3 receptionist another 8 people in scrubs assisting the office, but the waits can be from 1 to 3 hrs before you even see the doctor. Friend is a regular patient.

The worst experience!!!!! This place achedulws you and has the patients wait for hours. On on of my mothers appoimemt for a procedure she waited over 5 hours. Today a simple follow up we had the appointment at 11:30 am. Its 1:24pm and still waiting. "You are next, the doctor is finishing up a procedure" thats all they could say. NEVER COMIMG BACK TO THIS HELL HOLE. No stars if it was up to me

I worked on a pig farm and this place is not much different. People are packed into small spaces and corralled down a assembly line of very small and fully packed areas. Way over booked appointments leading to Long wait times.
