The incompetent employees of this PP location seem to either not realize or not care that they are dealing with people in an extremely fragile and vulnerable place in their lives. The receptionist was downright nasty, not to mention that I waited for 40 minutes to be told that I would not be seen until more than an hour after my appointment time. When I said that I could not wait that long because I would be late for work she snapped at me, threw my license and insurance card at me, and refused to give me back the paperwork with all my personal information on it, insisting she would "shred it later." There was not one positive aspect of my visit, not to mention the fact that I was not even able to get my blood work done, which was the whole point. Please let this be a warning, the people at this location will NOT help you. Save yourself time and money and visit another doctor.

First cancelled our appointment less than 24 hours in advance, then after rescheduling for the next week we arrived to find the office closed. Do not go here.

I dont know where to start from the lesbian dr who makes u fel uncomfortable to it being dirty being misdiagnosed for years. Please dont trust these people
