Being in this country for over 25 years now and having visited many many Doctors offices and knowing that no matter what type of service we do receive each day in our lives we are customers. With no doubt in my mind I can certainly said that the type of service I have received at Nunez Dental Services surpasses what CUSTOMER SERVICE is all about. The minute you walk into their clinic, you are treated extremely well and the staff makes you feel as if you were part of their family, not another just another patient to fill the slot. From the secretaries at the front desk, to their Patient Education Dept, Dental Higienists, assistants and Doctors, please forgive me if I am forgetting to mention someone but please know all are bieng aknolewdge. By the way, I am not saying this because I have been treated extremely well but because I have noticed that their treatment is the same with all their patients. They do listen to you and always have a smile for you and most importantly, no matter how small or big you dental problem may be, they do work with you to make things a memorable experience. Working providing Customer And Technical Support have taught me several things that you come to realize how important it is to provide the best quality of service, the one that will leave a lasting experience to those who come in contact with you and because of this I give Nunez Dental Services more than 5 stars. Please keep up the excellent work you are providing in the community of Queens. Sincerely, Leo Posada Estando en este pais ya por un poco mas de 25 años y habiendo visitado muchas pero muchas oficinas de Doctores y sabiendo que no importa cual sea el tipo de servicio que nosotros recibamos dia a dia de nuestras vidas, nosotros somos clientes. Sin ninguna duda en mi mente, ciertamente puedo decir que el tipo de servicio que he recibido en la Clinica Dental Nuñez, sobrepasa lo que SERVICIO AL CLIENTE en realidad es. Al instante que uno entra en la clinica , uno es tratado estremedamente bien, el personal lo hace sentir a uno como un miembro mas de su familia y no un paciente mas para llenar un turno. Desde las secretarias que estan al frente, el personal de educacion al paciente, Higienistas Dentales, Asistentes y Doctores y por favor me disculparan si no estoy mencionando a alguien pero quiero que sepan que todos son reconocidos. Oh y esto no lo estoy diciendo por que a mi me hayan tratado muy bien, pero lo digo por que he podido ver que este trato es igual con todos los pacientes. Te escuchan, tienen siempre una sonrisa para ti y lo mas importante es que no importa que tan pequeno o tan grande sea tu problema dental, trabajaran contigo para hacer de esto una experiencia memorable. Trabando proveiendo soporte tecnico y servicio al cliente, me ha enseñado muchas cosas que uno se viene a dar cuenta lo importante que es proveer la mejor calidad en servicio, la cual va a dejar una experiencia inolvidable a aquellos con quien tienen contacto contigo y por esto le doy a Clinica Dental Nuñez mas de 5 estrellas. 4.75 stars! I would give it 5 stars but that would mean all the great service was free! Let me begin with the frontline inquiry I first made. My first dentist was on holiday and my root canal needs was begging for attention, and so I gave Nunez Dental a call. The lady receptionist who took my call was Cynthia. She was incredibly accommodating, gave me a step by step description of what would happen during the visit: cleaning/x-rays/assessment/discussion with coordinator of procedure and cost entailed/dentist and dental work. I liked how Cynthia’s voice sounded with a smile over the phone. My actual first visit was also pleasant: my hygienist was chatty and fun with our hand signals to mean yes or no or something else versus groaning or arghing sounds from my open mouth. Now your jaw can tire from having your entire mouth of teeth x-rayed, but my x-ray technician was precise and swift and had enough rank to order the dentist to press the machine button each time she had quickly adjusted the x-ray scope. Dr. Nunez herself sat for a few minutes before I was set-up for the root canal procedure. I told her how calming the offices and dental cubicles were. We were on the 7th floor and the view was of the Queens’ Jackson Heights Skyline of brick roofdecks of 19th century residential buildings. The whole clear blue of the summer sky and skyline, I told her, reminded me of Italy! The root canal was not so bad at all. The needles, well, they are always unpleasant, but that is a given. The second visit with Dr. Sylvestre for the post placement was also bearable. I had jokingly told him that we might not be friends after the procedure, but everything went well. I appreciated how he complimented me on being a great patient (perhaps others have snarled or chewed on his hand? am kidding!) But seriously, patients are as good as the positive vibe and energy that flows from all the dental assistants and the dentist himself. For the third visit, I had to renegotiate an appointment schedule that would mean having a different doctor working on getting the impression needed for the crown and the temporary crown placement. This time Judy, another front liner handled that situation very pleasantly. She managed to fit me in with a different lady dentist, who was nonetheless as attentive, as gentle-handed as Dr. Sylvestre was. I don’t usually hug dentists, but I did after the procedure. Oh, Jorge, the coordinator, was also impressive in his explanation of price attached to procedure and the chronology of visits. I loved his diagram explanations alongside the xrays. I am returning in a week’s time for the final procedure of crown placement and I look forward to that visit.

I love going to Núñez dental they always make me feel part of their family. The dentists are very good and they hygienist (Francisco and Stephanie) are very good too always giving me good advice and how to clean my teeth better. I recommend Núñez dental you wont regret going and see one of their dentist. Me encanta ir a Núñez dental que siempre me hacen sentir parte de su familia. Los dentistas son muy buenos y higienista (Francisco y Stephanie) son también muy bueno siempre me da buenos consejos y cómo limpiar los dientes mejor. Recomiendo Núñez dental no te arrepentirás ir y ver a uno de sus dentistas. Cuando hemos necesitado una cita urgente siempre la conseguimos o para el mimo día y para el otro día. Mi esposo tuvo que hacerse un trabajo de conducto urgente y nos atendieron muy bien y rápido.

I have never felt more comfortable and happy about seeing a dentist EVER until I started coming to Nunez Dental. I first came to this dentist in January 2014, on a Saturday at that (not many dentists are available on the weekends) for an emergency - an accident at work broke my front tooth completely in half and in a panic, I found Nunez Dental thru the Internet. I was hysterical when I came in and Dr Reyes not only fixed my tooth to the point where it looks completely normal, but the staff was so nice and comforting and they helped me to calm down and feel better. The very next time I came for a follow-up visit, they consulted with me to get Invisalign for some not so straight teeth Ive always been insecure about. Ive been receiving services from Nunez Dental for over a year now, cleanings and Invisalign treatments, and I have never been so satisfied and happy. They treat you like family here and the staff, especially Dr. Nunez, are nothing but sweet, nice, polite, accommodating, and extremely professional in everything they do. I absolutely love coming here and experiencing the warm, friendly and family-like treatment that the staff here provide. Do not go to any other dentist! I highly recommend Dr Nunez and Nunez Dental for anyone!
