Nurses are nice. But dont expect an appointment right away. I tried to make an appointment and the next opening was 6 months later and the doctors always change. Also expect to be on the phone for a while before you actually talk to someone. When you do finally see a doctor after 6 months of waiting they come in the room for 5 minutes and dont even listen to anything you say, then they walk out and you never see them again. Doctors just dont care like they used to. And the doctors oath they take is probably non existent because they just do not care. Its been 4 months and I am still waiting for the doctor to sign my inhaler prescription. Lucky I have friends with asthma or I would be dead waiting for the doctor to do his job.

Save yourself a lot of trouble and do not go to her. She prescribed me several medications without ever taking a personal medical history on me. They turned out to be inappropriate but by the time I came to that realization myself I was suffering withdrawal from them and she refused to refill them without seeing her. I called for a week for an appointment and she refuses to get on the phone or even have someone call back. Her bedside manner is non-existent, she will see you for two minutes and ignore your questions and then get out her Rx pad. She is clearly in this profession for the office visit and prescription payouts. I wouldnt see her again if she was the last doctor on earth.

I became a new patient to Dr. Jenny Brown a few months ago. Some of my medication that I had taken for 15 years and never once had a reason to change the medication or dosage. They would not give me refills unless I came into see the Doctor. Pam,is a nurse that makes phone calls to patients to let them know that you will only get partial of your medication untill you come into see the Doctor. To get the refill the insurance company gets billed, and th patient pays a copay. This makes the patient fill like they have no rights, because their health and wellbeing can be jeopardized without the medicine. Sincerely yours, Deb

I am surprised to see the negative reviews. I have been a patient of Dr. Brown for many years and have always found her to be caring, willing to listen and has given me great treatment. I am quick to switch providers if I am not happy and I have been her patient for about 15 years.
