Dr. Duane Snyder, Dr. Elizabeth Hetrick and their staff are welcoming and pleasant making my experience worth the 35-40 minute drive from my home in Williamsville! Both Doctors spent the time to hear my vision concerns and working with me to give me the best results for both my contacts and glasses. I am very pleased with every aspect! Jennifer was so very helpful with choosing the right glasses for me and spending time to adjust them perfectly, she also helped to work with my various insurance policies to get the best deals. Anita was very patient and sweet as she also tackled the insurance benefits to make sure I received all I was entitled to. To sum up: Davison Road Optical is definitely my choice for professional and precise results for my vision care. I highly recommend this great office!

My 10 year old daughter and I became new patients at the office last week. Wonderful welcoming staff that go above any beyond any office I have encountered. Also My daughter received her first pair of contacts. Dr. Snyder and his staff were very supportive, encouraging and educational. They took the time to explain how to use them and answered all our questions. She adores them and looks forward to future visits. Dr. Snyder and his staff help me also find and order custom colored contacts that are similar to ones discounted for year now. They went out of their way to make every effort to help me obtain the contacts I wanted. I highly recommend they to all.

Each appointment, I felt like I was important, and everyone makes sure you leave happy.
