My husband went there for a treatment for sunspots that clearly did not take. When my husband called to inform the office he was told to return and the co-pay would be waived. He later received several notices for a copay. When he spoke to "Maury", the billing "professional" she was anything but that. She proceeded to argue with him and threatened to submit the payment to collections. She then hung up on him. When I called to inform her that the payment was made, I told her that it was inappropriate to hang up on a patient to which she replied "I told him I am hanging up now". Based on our experience and previous reviews, this office is clearly unprofessional and unequipped to treat patients. I have reported them to our insurance for fraud.

Recently I started to go to this office to see Dr. Amy Wolf. A few weeks ago I arrived about 15 minutes late for my appointment due to traffic and the fact I got stuck behind someone going 40 mph in a 55. I arrived, and there was 1 person in the waiting room, who had literally got there 15 seconds before I did. I was told I needed to reschedule because I was late. I saw Dr. Wolf talking to her Co-workers, clearly not about her job. My appointments usually take about 5 minutes. She could not have devoted 5 minutes to writing me a prescription instead of socializing with her co-workers? Had she been busy I could easily understand but she wasnt. So I am not done with this office and will bring my business somewhere else.

Dr. Wolinsky is a highly skilled and caring and compassionate doctor. He takes his time to really listen to your concerns, and does not ever make you feel rushed. Each and every time I leave his office I feel I have gotten the best possible medical service. The office staff are all exceptionally kind, professional, and patient (especially Valerie! ;-)). With Orange Dermatology Associates you get a level of service comparable to the best NYC medical facilities - right here in Orange County. (And, BONUS - with Orange County prices!). - Britta

We have been using Orange Dermatology for many years. Dr.Wolinsky is knowledgeable, caring, thoughtful- I could go on. He has seen several members of our family- he calls you himself if there is any concern after a biopsy is done. He has a great rapport with his patients. He answers any questions you may have and explains everything making sure you have full understanding. There is no other practice in the county i would use.

I have been visiting Orange Dermatology for nearly 10 years and I have always been very pleased with the care and professionalism that I receive from their staff. In addition, I have always found that they are willing to work with my schedule to find an appointment opening that is convenient for me. I highly recommend this business.

I went to them because I had a rash on my face. I was given some cream which after two days made my rash far worse. I called and was told someone would get back to me. No one did. I had to call again and hopefully someone will call me. Ill find another dermatologist.
