Dentistry : Went in for an Dental emergency, Even though I have an extreme dental phobia. Got to the clinic. The young nurse that checked me in THE FIRST TIME was very sweet and seemed concerned for the visible swelling. I had a very scary procedure done by Dr.Lawrence. He was very gentle, patient and understanding of my phobia, and the Nurse who assist him did a great job at providing emotional support and making sure I understood everything. Was cleaned up and told to come back Monday for the extraction. Mondays staff was terrible. ALL THE RECEPTIONIST , ESPECIALLY one named ANN/ANNA, older Spanish (Asked for her name for THIS reason, were nasty out the gate). When I got to the desk she ignored me for 5 minutes. Being that I was in so much pain and couldnt talk, I just waited to not create an issue. Finally the lady NEXT to her a instructed me on how to check in. After that ann/Anna got my info and was VERY RUDE with no care. I tried to ask her some questions but she gave me a yes or no answer with a very unwelcoming tone. Even when trying to ask about payment procedures she was nastyy.... The one doctor I encounter was very nice, and that ONE dental assistant was amaxing, but this place seems to be just the luck of the draw. It was very clean, consultantions seemed a little rushed butt going in with no Health Insurance with this type of emergency, I get it. Also, had no issue for not having coverage. Treatment was fast and effective. If it wasnt for todays receptionist , and the D.A. that seemed to be new, I would of highly recommend it. Butt unfortunately clinics like these always have those receptionist who forget that they are there to help people in pain and need.

Once you get past the hurdle of the referral/intake, its just fine. Most of the communications with the physicians can be done via the MyChart app (appointments, prescription questions, etc). Not so much with any caseworkers or therapists, though. I highly recommend you get the app: MyChart by Epic appsto.re/us/in20w.i They have super late hours. This is a HUGE plus for me. Where else can you make an 8PM appointment on a weekend??? The facilities are always clean. Especially as late as I come in. Because Ive seen some messy adults with their even messier kids wreck the waiting room on my earlier visits. Its only as good as you treat it people... And the free King-sized condoms dont hurt either. Well... Im not even going to finish that thought.

Dental Department: The new constructed family center has great Doctors and Dentist. However the front desk staff of the Dental department are extremely unprofessional. They are loud, voicing their personal issues loudly, laughing extremely loud. Also they fail to complete any approval documents on time. I missed a few days of work due to their lack of professionalism. BTW if you try to make an appointment or want to contact them via telephone, be prepare to wait no less then 45 minutes every time you call. I have no complaints concerning the dentist, they work in a timely manner and theyre always supervised to ensure proper procedures.

This place was absolutely terrible. I visited twice within a week. The first visit they never told me where to go for my appointment. I waited on the first floor. They wanted me on the fourth floor. Wait time was well over an hour with an appointment. The second visit was a follow up. I only needed a signature. I waited two and a half hours. The signature took less than five minutes. They have a strange system where you check in on the first floor. There appears to be no communication between the first floor and the fourth floor. Im bewildered that we cannot serve our citizens better.

I love this place one point but now its bad The administrative staff need to be re-train. Its become more busy they need more doctors to cover the hours.I had a one on one with my primary care doctor. For the past year she been overwhelmed.When I have appointment to see her in the Latest is 45 minutes now its 1-2 hours This year I been having problems with the clinic.Administrative stuff about confidentiality. Now I have a new social worker because my old one left now.Today my Doctor leaving to Now I have to look for new clinic .

I have been in attendance to this facility upon opening . And with longer than shorter wait times and crowded noisy waiting areas . The Doctors and Dentist are remarkably strong dedicated and outstanding Healthcare providers . Very concerned about the patients well being and upkeep . On the other hand, the front desk staff are inadequate blatantly rude inconsiderate and unprofessional

The place has shortage of doctors, waited in a room for almost two hour in pain and no one said anything. Then after 2 hour, a nurse said to visit the 4th floor and wait for your name to be call. This is ridiculous for a health place where the sick visit for care. no communication between staff members.

Im from out of town, and mid-vacation had an abscessed tooth pop up. Im so thankful it happened here, every nurse doctor desk attendant etc were all SUPER nice and helpful. Not looking forward to going home and dealing with the miserable people that work at my local clinic!

Sometimes there is a long wait. But I love this place. Staff are very friendly and the doctors take the time to explain things for you. The facility is very clean. I refer people there when they need a walk-in clinic.
