I rarely ever went to the doctor until there came a semester when I was really ill. I was exhausted, I had a fever, I stopped eating, I had digestion problems, and a cough that would not go away to mine and my classmates horror, and I was simply not sure what was wrong. I went to Judson Health Center and I explained everything in detail to Dr. Baehser. I was surprised how long he took to explain everything, which was accurate when I researched it later. It was also really important that my doctor didnt stop caring for me as soon as the appointment ended and the prescription had been written. He used an app called pingmd to check on me and see if I was alright and if the treatment was working. I could use it to ask questions and say my symptoms. I recovered pretty quickly and after that I started coming in more often and felt better. Overall, the center is really clean, the staff is really friendly, almost no waiting time, and I could get there easily since so many trains go to Nolita.

Even with insurance, I go to Judson. Though they have office procedures--such as dropping off your ticket at the internists nurse--that they dont always tell you about, the women there are understanding and will help as much as they can. Ive been going to Drs. Rubin and Mostel for years. Records are computerized so they can keep track of your health, even if you dont visit for a long time. Dr. Rubin, the internist, is experienced and wont waste your time. Dr. Mostel, a gynecologist (the other gyn is Dr. Ding) is gentle and has a pleasant personality. If you dont have insurance, which I didnt last year, they have a sliding scale. You pay what you can afford. Just bring your previous years tax return or paystubs. You also need a proof of address.

Due to an unfortunate lapse in insurance, I needed to see a doctor uninsured last month and walked into this center based on other glowing online reviews (yes, this will be counted amongst them). Despite not having insurance, they worked with me on a sliding scale and saw me very quickly. It was Dr. Baesher that saw me (despite me missing his young adult cut off by a year) and was extremely kind and thorough. I left with a form of direct communication he gave me called PingMD and it allowed us to follow up on dissipating symptoms without me having to come in. I am thrilled to have been treated so well by this clinic and truly hope that whoever the adult practitioner is will take as good of care as Dr. Baesher (he sees patients 18-29).

Ive been coming here for about a year now since my pediatrician moved here. Ive had an amazing expirece here overall. Staff is friendly and always there to help. But the best part is appointments are easy to make through an app called ping where you can directly chat with your doctor to ask questions or make an appointment. As a teen this is amazing! Because I dont have to call and take time out of my day to make an appointment. I just simply log on to the app sent a message describing whats going on and get a response within minutes. Appointments are always given the same week if not the same day so you can always count on being able to see a doctor.

I have had the greatest ongoing relationship with this Hospital and my Doctor. Not only were they able to see me in a whim when I was looking to change doctors but they continue to check in on me post-visits to make sure treatments are proper and going well. As a young person in the city, I love that they focus on making their services insanely easy to accessible! My doctor is young, awesome and just gets that Im busy and constantly fits me in during my lunch break or on a whim when I can run out of work. Honestly love this place - The building may not be a looker but it sure is a keeper!

I have been getting my healthcare at Judson Health Center for the past 25 years from when I was poor/jobless to now employed/insured. Judson is a model example of a community clinic, with Dr. Gloria Rubin as my primary care MD, she is a rare gem in our current health care system. She is thorough with her assessment and care. She will recommend the healthcare screening that you need based on gender and age and order the lab tests that you need to check your health status. We need more clinics like Judson and more Primary Care Providers like Dr. Gloria Rubin.

Ever since I moved to this location my visits to the doctor have become more pleasant. The entire staff team, from the doctors to the secretaries, and everything in between, are ready to help you and assist you with all your concerns. They make you feel welcomed, and treat you as family. If I had the opportunity to recommend them, or write a higher score, I would do it with no hesitation. Moving to this facility has been one of my greatest choices thst Ive ever made.

Having a healthcare team specifically focusing on young adults under 29 is such a great idea. Visit was quick but thorough. Staff super friendly especially Felicia at the front desk. Dr Baehser is amazing! So friendly, thorough, and made me feel comfortable. They even have an app that directly connects you to the doctor for easy follow up. Definitely recommend.
