Hadnt been there for a few years so yes my fault for not following up. had other medical issues more pressing and a new job. Called the office with a new cancer diagnosis and needed to be cleared before I could have uterine cancer surgery the office would not fit me in for a clearance called back and she, after telling me he was too busy put on a male office manager. He got on the phone and said "what do you want me to do squeeze you in before everybody else?". so folks if youre concerned about your health do not call this office I do not believe the doctor even knew what his office staff did. they basically threw a patient away refused a cancer patient an appointment awful I work for a doctor if I had done that I would have been fired. I called the Drs office 2 days ago left a message for him to call me because I wanted to make him aware of what had happened. I called back today Wednesday and was basically told the doctor would not be calling me he is too busy he does not call patients. Dont know if that is true or if the office staff that I spoke to the first time did not even give him the message. I dont think half of these doctors are aware of what goes on in their front office with patients on the phone

Dr. Hughes himself is a great doctor. His staff, however, is another story. Went there with a case of vertigo and was concerned about an upcoming flight I have to take. Was told I would receive an authorization for an MRI and then I could schedule it. Returned home from work the following day to a voicemail telling me they would give me the authorization AFTER I paid $100 that was owed. Meanwhile, the day before I was in the office and would have paid that had I known. Now thanks to this nonsense, and since tomorrow is Friday, Ive lost four days. My flight is less than a week from now. Completely uncalled for. Like they were holding me hostage for my MRI. Dr. Hughes, I like you, but you need for reevaluate whos working for you.

Made an appointment over a month ago. Told the person what insurance I had.....all well and good. Two days before the appointment got a call confirming the appointment, still all good. Day of the appointment I called to confirm if I needed to bring the referral or if they had it. They then left me on hold for about 5 minutes to come back and say they dont accept my insurance!!!!!! I waited for a month for this appointment , what idiots and all they could do was apologize and say someone thought I had GHI, why I never said I did. The worst!!

Most dysfunctional office ever. Waited in office for 1/2 hour before staff tells us Dr. decided to take vacation. No call to reschedule. 2nd appointment cancelled. Office staff refused correct, legal health care proxy for Mom. Rude and totally unhelpful. Will never return.

Doctor, technicians, and staff are all very nice and helpful. Reasonable wait times, reasonably fast treatment. They dont treat you like a science project, or like someone who is bothering them like other offices do. Respect is a concept they understand!
