Yesterday our buddy was in a lot of pain, an issue that stemmed from the night before. We attempted to call our Vet and they were closed yesterday. So, we called here to try and get in, we just needed our Lab to be seen. They were able to get us in at 3pm. I will admit I was a bit reserved about going to them, being that they are in a chain store. We all know that sometimes the best experience dont happen with chain stores. When we got there we only waited a few minutes and the Vet took us right back. She was awesome, she was very thorough with her exam trying everything to figure out what was wrong with him. Ultimately she was able to pinpoint his ailment and was able to prescribe the proper medicine and as of today we can see improvement in him. A few things we appreciated with her was her honesty and dedication to Riley! She could have easily ordered unnecessary x-rays for him adding to our bill, like previous Vets have done in the past, but she was honest and telling us "I could order them for your peace of mind, but I dont think they will show anything and dont feel they are necessary." Also she took a good 45 minutes with him to examine him until she could figure out the issue. She was amazing and we appreciate her and this location for their abilities to help our boy! I would recommend here 100%! Thank you again!

Not a bad place if your pet isnt sick. Our dog is a great Dane mix and he has a very sensitive stomach. We came to them multiple times and they first told us to switch his food to science diet, then when he still had diarrhea they said to switch to the most expensive bag of science diet which we did and the problem still consisted. Just sounded like they were trying to sell us the brand. And they kept giving him dewormers when he didnt even have worms which they did like 3 times and we had to pay $40 each time they gave him one because the plan only covered 2 dewormers I believe. We ended up going to the animal kingdom pet store which they recommended "now fresh" and ever since we switched him to that food, he hasnt had any problems and has been healthier than ever. Theyre plans at banfield are a good price for the shots and everything though.

Worst customer service ever!!! The office manger doesnt know what shes doing. They give you a price for something then at check out try adding things on to what they already told you. Then when show them they are wrong threaten to call cops because they cant handle the truth of them being wrong. Friends and family will not be coming to this office ever again!!!!!
