I posted a review here on Saturday, which has since disappeared. Unfortunately, I dont believe the reception staff at Bon Secours understands the purpose and intent of the HIPPA laws. As the emergency contact of a patient, I was called on Friday to tell me that a friend of mine had been admitted. I visited the friend on Friday evening. However, when I tried to call her on Satuday, I was told that they could not transmit a message to her because if they took my message, it would be a violation of HIPPA since they would be acknowledging she is there! Since the patient advocate called me on Friday to tell me she was there, how could this be a violation of HIPPA on Satuday? The hospital knows that I know she is there! In my opinion, the staff at Bon Secours is either badly trained or has the fear of God in them about HIPPA violations such that they abandon common sense to "comply!"

Ive been to their ER twice, once for myself and once for my child. This hospital cares, the staff was amazing both times, and I would highly recommend this place over ORMC. We have never gotten through an ER so quickly and efficiently while still receiving amazing care. Cant thank them enough!

Great hospital, I had to go due an emergency, the wait time was about 5 minutes, the staff was nice and knowledgeable, whats was interesting is they all gave a short biography about their qualifications, and the service was great, I was finished in under 30 minutes!
