Einstein Medical Center is the 2nd worst hospital in Philadelphia, Pa next to Aria Health Hospital. Aria Healyh Hospital makes their patients sit in Their Waiting Rooms long enough for them to have a heart attack and die before their staff can bothered to interview the patients.On July 8 after 4 PM, my family drove to Einstein Medical Center on old York Road. We waited in a line of 8 cars for the valet service to park the car. We waited in line for nine minutes and did not see any activity. We were the fifth car out of eight cars. I got out of my car to see what was the hold up. When I approached the valet booth to see what was the matter, I noticed a young lady in the booth who was on her phone. I knocked on the frame of the booth to get her attention. She did not respond she kept staring at her phone. I spoke in a clear voice and asked her what was the hold up with the valet service. Again she did not respond. Other drivers approached the valet booth to inquire regarding the delay in parking the cars. They received the same response. She was a young woman with shoulder length hair who was consumed with her cell phone. The Cleaning Service lacked in cleaning four of the seven rooms on the fourth floor. It was obvious to visitors that four rooms with patients were not clean. When I asked the staff about the unclean rooms, they informed me that the cleaning person was in the waiting room watching television. We would have to wait for the next cleaning shift to come service the rooms. These are just some examples of poor management The nurses and the security officers are the only extremely reliable Departments in the hospital after 5 oclock. If you have a choice, please do not allow yourself nor your relatives to endure a hospital stay at Einstein Medical Center.

I loved it there! Best treatment ever! They always had time for me! Pregnancy Appointments were very flexible! Always was treated for anything I had. Area very extremely clean! Very tidy. Everything was super organized and also the staff too. Very friendly and polite and did their jobs correctly. Im a nurse myself and I can say that all these nurses did their jobs correctly and very sanitized . I also gave birth there and they delivered my baby with no problems even though me and him had problems and they felt with it very accurately . when I went into labor, there is a security guard outside that got a wheel chair for me and pushed me all the way into the check up room. They took every procedure and pages attention to me very carefully. I had my own delivery room and also my own recovery room. even when my baby was in nicu, everything was clean and organized and safe for both me and my baby. They even gave me TONS of things to take home!!! Lots of pads and diapers and formula and even a pacifier and things to help my stitching heal better and feel better. If you have any mental problems, various people will come and attend you and help you the best way they can thats comfortable for you. They always check on you and make sure your doing good. They clean so well, I even saw the cleaning lady wipe the walls and clock and window wich were already clean in my bedroom there. Food is super well cooked and delicious. They literally prepare each meal and very healthy! Doctors there can answer all your questions. They will even give you extra info. I was treated very very well! I am very impressed!!!!

The medical secretaries Angie and Emma, phlebotomists, and medical assistant by the name of Shedly inside the Kidney and Liver Transplant suite on thr 5th floor of the Klein building are the worst! They constantly talk about patients right in front of their faces so rude. They act as if they are so nice when they check you in and when you sit down they start gossiping about various patients personal business or their appearance in general with other employees which is a violation of H.I.P.P.A. laws. They also violate patients H.I.P.P.A. by how loud they talk when updating patients information. Some of them even laugh about patients who receive medical assistance and treat them accordingly as well. Its sickening how these employees are constantly getting away with their behaviors and someone needs to take a stand against patient discrimination. Hopefully things will change but until then these a**holes are still employed by Einstein Hospital unfortunately. This sucks for all the Kidney and Liver Transplant recipients...boo!

Worst hospital in the world Tears falling down my eyes remembering my experience in the ER very rude staff from nurses to doctors was the worst asked to speak to a patient advocate and they called 4 days later lost so much weight from them nt finding the cause to my problem went to another hospital and im doing great with the grace of god beging all if u value yr life and going threw things that we are selves that are nt medical professionals do not go they look at everyblack person as a junky or uneducated vessels and gini pig mixing all kinds of meds as them thereselves are lost leaving u with all kinds of side affects i actually had a GI doctor say to me its all in my head dr siddeak to b exact the horror

I really want to share my experience and is that am very thankful with all the nurses and residents in the maternity area... theyre nothing but awesome, made me feel that i was not actually on labor by distracting me, and talking with me.. Stephanie RN is the best nurse you can get on labor and delivery area. Postpartum care was also exellent starting with PCAS and ending on Phisicians, everybody was very helpful... Horrible horrible horrible!!!! 40 minute response to the "call dont fall" button! Admitted into the hospital and been over 90 mins so far before even seeing a Dr! Still hasnt come in. Severe adhesive allergy, with symptoms showing and difficulty breathing, but no benedryl for 40 mins! Nurses station too busy bullshitting to pay attention to the patients needs! Like a party with patients waiting in the background! Unbelievable! A patient advocate would be great! On an observation floor and they arent observing!

I was told that Im not longer aloud to come back to the dental hospital because I missed to many appointments which I had no control over and literally wasnt my fault. They said that it didnt matter if I was "sick , dying, had to work, family emergency, etc". I literally begged to be taking in because I have a really bad tooth ache because of cavities that they know about in the records and they still told me no. If I could sue I would! I do not recommend this hospital at all!!!

After being at Pennsylvania hospital nearly 3 hours waiting in the ER , I asked how long they was going to take I was pregnant and I had a really bad case of sinusitis , flue and fever , they told tree more hours ..so I left I went to Einstain hospital and as soon as I got there the staff were so helpful and nice ,and the doctor were very amazing! it didnt took so long for me to be seen .. Thank god I decided to go there! A very good hospital .
