Ive been to Dr Meyersons office a few times for myself and my son. I was always satisfied. They neither exceeded my expectations nor came short of them. Yesterday I called on my lunch break to schedule an appointment, but their antiquated answering machine responded with ,"Dr Meyersons office is out to lunch. Please call back after 1:00." What?!! Thats when I had to be back on shift. So I tried again this morning. The line was busy the first few tries. When I got through, the receptionist barked out, "Dr Meyersons office, hold..." and disconnected me. Of course, the phone was busy when I tried again. You know what? Id just prefer an office that is operating in the 21st century and that thinks their patients are important.

Dr. Meyerson is a very nice man however in the past three years that my daughter has been treated there, she could only see the physician once. My daughter has been on all kinds of medication with no improvement to her acne. The NPs are kind, but after 3 years of no improvement we went for second opinion and was told that she was poorly managed. The clerical staff however are horrible and difficult to deal with. They Are abrupt and have poor customer relation skills.

Hope you like sitting in waiting rooms. Not a bad Doc, but always over books patients, and you will wait at least an hour to see him. He always apologizes, but never changes his scheduling practices. Been going to him for 15+ years, but I will be changing doctors. I take time off from work for my appointments. Maybe I should bill him for my time??

Just called to pay bill. Receptionist could not tell me the balance and therefore suggested I call at another time.. The good doctor should have someone answering the phone that cares about the economics of his business. What the hell happened to customer service. I WANTED TO PAY THE BILL. Good doctor.

Dr. Meyers on is a Wonderful Doctor. So as his associate, Wendy the PA. They both know how to greatly treat your disorder and always treat you as a Friend. I totally recommend Dr. Meyerson and Wendy. You cannot go wrong!!!!!

I usually see Dr.Wendy and she is always very kind and actually listens to you and your concerns. Ive never waited more then 20 minutes and the ladies at the front counter are always nice as well.

Impossible to reach. Constantly on hold, even after hours of trying to call the office, Atrocious customer service
