i am a Apria Healthcare victim I have been trying to get a new water tank for my C-PAP machine I have called four times and my wife has called twice with the last time a man named Chris was making claims that if my tank had not got to me he would " Hand Delivery it to me" well that was two weeks ago. ( Back log when I called they said it was delivered to the wrong address twice , two different addresses) I was billed for the tank and yet still going on three months later still no tank. As I write this review I have been on the Apria Healthcare line for at this point 34 minutes without talking to any one just calling into the office automated phone system. This service is not just bad but woefully and disturbingly deceptive and unprofessional if there was a overseeing governing body for this kind malpractice I would call or write a letter/e-mail what ever it took to put this company out of business.

I would have given minus stars, but sadly, this system will only allow as low as 1 star....to post. My post is about Aphia in General not the local store. They can only do what cooperate MANAGEMENT allows and they do not listen as this was not my first complaint!! Local inventory does not exist; therefore, when I found myself in a stressful situation with a broken head gear I could not get parts in person local an d shipped to me was my only option. But wait, I made one phone call, to Rochester Oxygen and CPAP, Bonnie in Henrietta had my doctors scrip for the replacement in 10 minutes and I picked up my head gear within the hour. Oh, furthermore, I found out that Rochester Oxygen and CPAP is accepted by my insurance now so I will be switching my orders to Rochester Oxygen and CPAP.

My experience has been similar. They were very easy to work with when they were associated with my doctors office but it has been going down hill since. They are very dishonest in their billing and only found out what the could charge for things by contacting medicare directly. The overbilled me. never once let me know how much the overall bill was, I got that from my insurance company and had to contact my insurance company and medicare to find out how much Apria could charge and how much they were paid. After many months they finally refunded my overpayment. Before that they submitted my bill incorrectly so I had trouble getting payment form Medicare. and their respiratory therapist ws extremely unhelpful

Service after the sale includes one phone call, after that you are on your own. I called the resp therapist with a question about the mask he sent 4-5 times over 2 weeks. My 30 day warranty ended without him ever returning my call. I realized he was never going to. One call is all I was going to get.

RUN from this company! Do not use these guys. There are many smaller, more honest, and caring. This is a large company just looking at the bottom line and not afraid to over bill.
