This place is the worst- both locations are horrible. Every time Ive gone, they seem unorganized and unprepared. After complaining about tooth pain, I was told to wait until it got worse and come in as an emergency?? After 3 or 4 of the same experiences, I just gave up. Now I just received a phone call saying that a bill from them had went to collection, even though I dont remember ever getting a bill from them and not paying, and absolutely never received a phone call about it. Now Im stuck digging through a years worth of records to see what happened...definitely not worth the hassle.

I had a dentist that asked if I wanted the easy or hard way to fill my tooth. Than he rinsed my mouth and filled the cavity without removing the decay. So now more pain to get it fixed. They just dont care about the service they are providing and getting paid for. Sad

Worst experience I have ever had at the dentist. Essentially forced me to have a panorex to bill for it and never even looked at it. When I asked for a copy, they tried to tell me they might not be able to do that. Terrible cleaning.
