After three months of my ENTs office calling and trying to make an appointment with this office, I was finally scheduled for an appointment at 11:15am today. I called this morning to confirm the appointment and told them I would be there 5-10 minutes early to fill out paperwork, and that I was unable to arrive earlier. The receptionist (Diane) on the phone said that was fine. When I arrived at 11:10am I was told by the receptionist (I wish I caught her name) that I could not be seen because I didnt arrive "early enough" by her standards. I calmly explained the situation. She snapped at me and told me in an extremely rude and condescending tone that I could not be seen. I explained to her that the appointment was time sensitive- she VERY rudely replied that she REFUSED to let me have my appointment. The receptionist was so unprofessional and LOUDLY so the entire room could hear kept saying that I could not be seen. She completely embarrassed me in front of a room full of people-- presumably to assert her authority in making decisions regarding timeliness of patience-- so I turned and walked out. I called later and asked to speak to a supervisor but was told that "she is busy." My name and phone number werent even taken. I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE. Please go literally anywhere else. Also, their building is completely impossible to find with very little signage and four parking spots, next to a construction site and crumbling, dilapidated buildings. When you do arrive "early enough" good luck actually getting to the door.

Dont go here. Had appointment scheduled yesterday at 2:30. We go on regular basis. Showed up at office exactly at 2:30 because we leave as soon as he gets out of school, checked in and paid with time on receipt at 2:33. When I asked if running on time I was told she took the patient after us because her 2:15 never showed up and we were late. This never would have happened at a competent office, we were there on time and were made to wait til 2:48 to get into our appointment. This means that they obviously took that patient literally minutes before our appointment was supposed to start knowing full well that we were going to have to wait 20 minutes! I book that time specifically so that my son can be somewhere at 3. So he was 20 minutes late because this office isnt capable of fairly taking patients in order of appointments. So beware that if you book an appointment as an established patient, you will be bumped if the patient after you shows up real early. They dont care if you show up on time and are made to wait. OR on the upside if you want an earlier appointment than what you have just show up really early and they will take you!! Making everyone one else after you wait. Why would they care that they just messed up your schedule. Doesnt matter to them.
