I am very sorry to say that we have had a very disappointing experience at This facility. Our Family member went there after a traumatic neurological event and after recuperating at a nearby rehab hospital, came there for additional PT. Not only did this not happen as we wished, but our family members mental and physical status started and continued to decline while at this facility. It seemed that no amount of calling, visiting, leaving notes or speaking with staff changed much of anything. Not wanting to sound like Debbie Downer, but the communication at this facility was very poor. One part of the staff seemed to have no idea what the other part of the staff was doing. It appeared that no one knew whether appointments had been arranged or whether the Doctor had been notified of Certain details. The Doctor simply did not return our requests for calls or medication changes. It seems as if Family Wishes were just too much to bother with. Although all of the nursing assistants appeared competent,i felt as if there was a lack of respect and a lack of compassion for my family member. The nursing staff (LPN s only) seemed to do they best they could in a system that seemed to me to be very disjointed and confusing. If you have a choice,in my opinion only, my recommendation, based solely on my own personal limited experience here, would be to choose another facility. My family member did NOT get bed sores, and a rash that s/he had DID get better. For this reason I would like to give them a 0.5, but that is not an option available on this review system.

My mother is approaching the end of her life and is in this facility on Hospice. I do not know if that is the difference; however, I have not met any aide, nurse or any other staff that has not been courteous, kind, and extremely helpful even going out of their way to make US comfortable as we visit mom. There are several locations on the grounds where you can have private visits or even family dinners with your family member! We are on N2 and there are several nurses and aides with whom we are very appreciative and comfortable knowing our mom is in great hands. Thank you to the best nursing facility that I have experienced thus far.

Terrible service. My grandmother took a fall yesterday trying to help the person in the bed beside her, because she pressed the help button but no one came. Today, my grandmother had to go to the bathroom so we pressed the help button. 15 minutes went by and many doctors / nurses walked by, the light was on outside the door, yet no one came in. We had to actually go to the desk and ask for assistance. Terrible terrible service. ALL OF THIS AND TODAY they never even offered nor brought her breakfast or lunch. Terrible place. Do not bring your loved ones here.

Charged for tier 2 care yet barely received tier 1 care. Housekeeping and laundry service poor at best. Staff is mostly per diem with little concern about patients well being. High staff turn over. Seemed to be little communication between shifts of nurses and aides. Money and personal items went missing too often.

There is a nurse named RANDI there who is a Nurse Ratched. The aides are nice to your face, but sit around and stuff their faces with food when they should be helping the residents to the bathroom, or seeing to their needs (making them wait up to an hour). Hated the place.

My mother was molested here, developed a bed sore the size of your fist...most of the staff never made eye contact. .sadly my family left her there in this god forsaken place to die in the same room..in the same bed she was molested in.
