Took my 3 yr old daughter her to have her asthma symptoms treated ( I have 2 kids with it so I am very familiar with the routine. Albuterol, Atravent, and a script for Prednasone) While waiting in the waiting room she started to get little hives on her face (her skin is sensative and this does happen, nothing a bit of hydrocortosone cream cant fix) Well since her medical history shows she had a history of Peanut allergies, they decided to go into emergency mode over this! Treated my husband and I like we were stupid, would not listen to one word we had to say! They injected her with epinephrine against our wishes, then an oral done of benadryl and called an ambulance ( an $800 bill thank you!). My daughter is beside herself in fear, sobbing! We get to strong to find out they gave her the wrong dose of benadryl OR Should of never given her the injection! So if you ask me, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and ON THEIR WAY TO A MALPRACTICE LAWSUIT!

I was extremely nervous to visit this urgent care due to poor reviews. I knew that I was unable to make it through the weekend to see my Dr. Monday and was experiencing a terrible cough and asthma type symptoms. The wait was three hours, the waiting room was packed with people that perhaps should have went to the hospital emergency. I suppose if youre sick enough you wait. The staff and Dr. Were compassionate and I truly appreciated their efforts to help me feel better. My opinion is that the public is very confused when to visit the emergency or urgent care. This was my first time to this type of facility and they certainly met my expectations. To me it is an extension of your primary Dr. Office. Please do not be afraid to visit this location.

I have been here in the past but todays experience was the final straw. I went in with my 9 month old. I happen to have blue hair currently I felt judged that must clearly be incompetent due to this fact . I was berated for not taking my sons temperature, even though at no point was he feverish, so absolutely no reason to do this. I was also scolded for not constantly giving him fluids even though he had just woken up and threw up not a half hour before I got there. Honestly I only wanted to find out if he would be able to have pedilyte. On other occasions the same doctor was much nicer but seemed somewhere in outer space. I have yet to be impressed with the quality of care from this urgent care!!! I Do Not recommend going here!

I went here yesterday for treatment diagnosis and treatment of cold related conjunctivitis. Id never been there before. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I went in, filled out a couple of forms, and got right in. A nurse asked me the standard questions: on any medications, any allergies, family history, etc; and then the GP came in. She took a look, confirmed that it was conjunctivitis, and gave me a prescription. I think the total time I was there was less than 45 minutes. For common things where it wont work to make an appointment with your regular doctor - due to something needing immediate care (severe cold, bronchitis, etc) - I would definitely go here again.

Worst customer service in the medical industry. They are deceptive and non responsive. I had stitches in August and paid my co-pay but received a bill for over $300 because they decided to bill it as an emergency room visit event though I went to an outpatient care center. In trying to rectify this billing error I had to make calls for 4 months because either they would not follow up and call me back or someone would "fix" it and then I would get the bill again. My most recent contact in the business office was a manager named Adele who was again supposed to "look in to it" and promised to follow up within two weeks. That was 6 weeks ago and I just received another bill.

I would rate this office with no stars if I could. This office bills an an outpatient hospital facility. I visited thinking I was going to pay a $40 copay (which I paid at the counter), and was sent a bill in the mail for $400. When I called their billing dept (at Strong Memorial Hospital), they said that this facility is not an "urgent care" in terms of insurance. All of this hassle for a 15min appointment... I do not recommend this "urgent care"!

receptionist is nice. Nurse and PA were indiifferent. Treated me like i did not know anything. called back as my primary MD is on vacation. was transferred to PA James Briggs who was VERY RUDE. Said he could not give out lab results over the phone. All I wanted to know if the antibiotic they prescribed was going to be effective based on culture and sensitivity report. NO need for the rudeness as I am still sick 2 days later.

Horrible service and wait time. Dr. Amanda Coyle told me I either had the flu or mono but had no clue which. Also discharged me with nothing but an "If it doesnt get better in a few days go to emergency." Um, hello! The reason Im here is its been more than a few days. I was also promised a note for missing work that I never recieved. So hopefully I dont lose my job. Thanks urgentcare...for nothing

Went there last night. As can be expected, the wait was a little long, but given only a few people are on staff and the amount of people waiting to be seen, its understandable. The receptionist was very friendly. The nurse and PA were pleasant, and helpful, and once I was in a room I was not kept long before given a diagnosis and prescription. Facility was clean.

Wow - rude staff. Tiny little waiting area. Nurse never explained what she was doing - just told my son to open his mouth- told him he didnt have any spots - never even looked- no flashlight- then said shed be back when she could and left. Just rude. Will never come here again. Couldnt hear secretary over white noise machine. Just a nasty experience.

Doctor was nice and wait time wasnt bad but the nurse had a bad attitude and I heard her and other staff talking about me outside the door. It was something along the lines of how she "cant stand people" like me, meaning a mom who stays home with her kids during the week and works weekends. Not a place I would recommend or go again.

Went in for some issues, wondering what the hell was going on with me, the woman who saw me asked me a good number of questions, took her time, and was very thorough and friendly. I dont have insurance, so its going to cost me $80 to $120 for the visit. I think it was worth the money, for sure.

It has taken over 20 minutes to get to check in with only two people ahead of us. If a patient is new they should be handed a packet to fill out and return once completed, allowing others to check in. Lady with the pink hair needs to better organized and get the line moving.
