I was supposed to be transferred there from my doctor who called ahead and told them. They acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. I waited in the waiting room for over 1.5 hours. When I came in the receptionist was so rude continuously asking why I was there and I was trying to tell her what the previous doctor was telling me and she continued to repeat the same statement which was rude. She then interrupted me in the middle of me trying to explain to her why I was there to have a convo with a previous co worker. Acted like I wasnt there while she carried on a completely different conversation didnt apologize for interrupting me at all or for being rude by just cutting me off to carry on with an irrelevant conversation because she didnt feel as if I was important enough. Her attitude was horrible. Set the tone for the entire experience while I was there was totally displeased with having to deal with that. I was told since I was being transferred I wouldnt have to repeat myself a thousand times because they already have the info Ill just need to just give a quick run down. Nope had to explain myself 5 different times to all different people Im guessing they couldnt be bothered to look at the transfer sheet that was faxed to them after my doctor called them. This hospital used to be a great place to go and get immediate care. Nope not anymore

Absolutely awful. Went in with a knee injury, to the point of not being able to walk. After 4 hours, no results at all. Basically treated me like a drug addict looking for a fix. Had to hobble out of hospital myself after discharge. When I say hobble, I mean on one leg, and out of breath while they all stood around watching. If I see orthopedic doctor, and something is really wrong bet your butt Im holding them responsible. Did I mention how absolutely short they are when explaining things?, then run away when you have questions. I suggest talking to the nurses, they are great..

The staff and doctors were all very friendly and explained every question we had thoroughly and in terms we could understand. The hospital food was even pretty darn good! Some of the staff could use more current briefings on dealing with PTSD afflicted persons, but it was an overall good experience even considering how scary hospitals, and medical procedures can be.

Emergency room sucks!! Dont expect rush, care, or for a good doctor as you would assume would be much better then a doctor stationed at one office with specific regulations. They can barley do the job right. You wont get results you need. Might as well wait for your primary to be available and suffer instead of paying much more money and still suffering in pain.

The er is the worst place in this hole word treat people disrespected arrogant staff I had my surgery here and the staff was nice but the er is full of icnorant paterias people wont ever ever will come her the doctor to females where good but the nurse was being rude and nasty was scratching all over like she was hi or something

Been here for over 3 hours to have my girlfriends migraine looked at and still no medicine to relax her. RNs are nice but rest of staff are really nasty and short with people. We will be here for 5 hours for a damn migraine. Terrible service for the money we fork over.

Went to the community campus with severe back pain. Was left essentially sitting for over 4 hours. When the doctor FINALLY showed he wouldnt even listen to me and clearly had already decided what was wrong.... I do not recommend going to this hospital.

Absolutely amazing experience! Doctors and nurses were so friendly. They were overwhelmingly busy, yet stayed friendly. Thank you for going above and beyond and for providing the utmost amazing care.

Only problem no more free parking and if you leave and come back you have to pay 2$ each time. If your going to be stopping in more than a day get the week pass for 10 and change. Way cheaper!

love the staff not a long wait came in the ER we was seen in 10 minutes and the dr and nurse were in every 10 -15 minutes asking if we need anything
