Dr Lucas In the ER is the worst Dr I have ever been to. He know nothing about Lyme disease as has proven this 3-4 different visits. Last Thursday I had to go to the ER with a full body break out, itching from head to toe. We gave him my Lyme Dr whom he called.....He told them I WAS not itching even though I told him I was from head to toe. With out this info my Drs did not realize the extent of my problem. He did not listen and seemed dismissive of my Lyme and the condition I am in. I will never be seen by this person again. I have filed a complaint with the hospital and will with the state as well. No one should be treated this way. Hire competent Drs

My mother was taken there because Anne Arundel medical center was full. They neglected to tell us the this place had a two hour wait. When we got here we were told it would be and hour and a half to two hours wait. Two hours later they finally got more than one doctor, and when we asked they said it would be another two hours we left. Ridiculous.

Today, I had an allergic reaction to my brand new tattoos ink or my aftercare ointment and was in a great deal of pain. Everyone was so nice, from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor. I was in pretty bad shape when I got there but in less than an hour I was treated and sent home and feel so much better. I cant thank them enough.

Chestertown Hosp. saved my life when nobody else but 1 other man could but wouldnt . I will aways be eternally grateful for the whole entire staff that felt my pain and did what they needed to do. God bless you all.

It the worst hospital ever they told me they could not find anything wrong with my back and I went 2 my Dr and come 2 find out I got a disc located in my lower back and cant work no more I should have suited them

The emergency room looks nice but it should not take 4 hrs for a sprained ankle. It seems like the just hold and waste your time so they can charge you more for being there longer

I was visiting from out of state, and I was very pleased with their service. I waited less than 10 min in ER waiting room. And was out in only a few hours. Treated me very good.
