I have only good things to say about my experience with Dr. Muench and his staff. I had a pretty complicated case and in my late 20s when i had to get braces so you can imagine how excited i was about all of this!haha I had been to several other orthodontist before going to get a consultation with Dr.Muench and was very discouraged and to tell you the truth disgusted. One of the major things that set Dr. Muench and his stuff apart for me was the time they took with me to explain my situation and all of my options. When i walked in for my consultation i was still very undecided if i was going to even get braces but after i left i felt like i was in great hands that i could trust. I decided to undergo the 1 1/2 year long process even though i was still not excited about having braces at my age and all the way through Dr. Muench was so great with me. I had my moments haha and he spoke to me with respect and understanding. i never felt like i could not ask a question or even question him on why he was doing something. Marilynn was also so helpful and kind throughout the process. She would always try her best to get you in asap if something was wrong and very helpful with not only questions but keeping your spirits up about the whole process! While i was there i had two different assistants helping Dr. Muench and both were just as helpful and kind. As i said i had a more complicated case and i have had to have other dental work done after my braces but i can say that im happy with what Dr. Muench did and everything is coming together very well. I recommend everyone to Dr. Muench, so far 4 of my friends have decided to go with his office and i can speak for them as well that they are pleased they picked Dr. Muench. When you go to appointments every 4 weeks for a year and a half and invest that much money in something i think its very important you feel comfortable and i have to say even though you couldnt pay me to put braces back on haha i miss seeing all the staff at Dr. Muenchs and i am very happy with my decision to go to Muench Orthodontics.

I would HIGHLY recommend Muench Orthodontics to anyone. After receiving less than adequate care elsewhere, and what can be considered medical malpractice, we visited Dr. Muench with hope of simply receiving some advice and next steps. What we actually received is nothing short of a miracle and blessing. My daughters care had been abandoned by another office, and having her braces removed by an additional office was a horrible experience. The provider there refused retainers even though he was legally required to do so. We immediately left and went to Dr. Muench because I had seen him previously for a consultation for my other daughter, and I trusted him implicitly. The office manager said we could come straight there, and that Dr. Muench would be happy to see us during their lunch hour. Dr. Muench not only made retainers for our daughter as a "gift" for the poor treatment we received, but we have now entered into treatment with him for BOTH of our daughters. His professionalism and genuine care for his patients and their families surpasses the norm, and one cant help but feel they are in the BEST hands under his care and treatment. His office staff is impeccable, with genuine smiles and sweet voices for anyone who walks through their doors. They tend to patients comfort, and that of their families waiting, and the office and waiting areas are clean, comfortable and extremely kid friendly! I honestly thanked God for bringing us to his office! I cannot wait to proceed with further care and treatment for both of our girls, knowing without a doubt that we are in GREAT hands! I would recommend Dr. Muench to ANYONE!

Im probably one of the oldest if not "the oldest" of Dr Muenchs clients. At age 68, I came to his office with a veritable "train wreck" in my mouth...my words...he called it a class 3 malocclusion and cross-bite. I had endured this condition for nearly 50 years...embarrassed when I laughed, smiled or even talked to people. A visit to another orthodontist about 25 years ago elicited a verdict of "JAW SURGERY" to fix my problem. I opted not to travel this path. When I became aware of Damon braces, I consulted Dr Muench. For the past 23 months he and his wonderful assistant JoAnn have been treating my condition. Dr Muench is part orthodontist and part "Merlin" . Its almost like magic how he has transformed my crooked, uneven, and UN-attractive teeth into a much more palatable (pun intended) much more confident smile...and hes done all this without jaw surgery and in less than 2 years!!!! I realize Im not at my destination yet but his wonderfully upbeat and pleasant assistant, JoAnn, along with the always smiling and personable, Marilyn have made the entire experience almost enjoyable.

Dr. Muench and his staff are what all other practices strive to be. The time and caring that is shown to each individual patient and family is exceptionable. My son started coming to see Dr. Muench 5 years before his braces where even put on and the entire time we were never treated as a number or rushed through an appointment. When the brace process started we had a wonderful consultation that involved us all and told us all the steps, the care, maintenance, our responsibilities, approximate length of treatment and follow up care. Every step of the way my son felt comfortable and truly looked forward to his next step and appointment. My son was able to have his lower jaw moved forward and teeth straightened in less than 10 months! The retainers that came home after the braces were removed are of top quality and he continues to wear them every night and plans to do so his entire life to maintain the handsome smile he enjoys. We have sent many people to Dr. Muench and will continue to do so. We can not say enough praise about Dr. Muench and his staff and truly think of them as friends!

I have three kids in braces! THREE! Dr. M has made this so easy and affordable that even little old me can get those kids straightened out. His office worked diligently with my insurance company to get everything I could out of it, and then spreading payments out has made all the difference when it comes to paying the bills. As for the teeth, Dr. M and his staff really are the best. Rather than pulling half the teeth out of my daughters mouth, he was innovative in saving many of them and having a vision of how to manage her treatment so as she grows, she will have the most beautiful smile. I realize there are other orthos out there, but Im not as interested in an ortho as much as I am about my familys dental health. At Muench Orthodontics, every resource I can give is used on my family and not on the décor. The only decoration at the office, and one that I cant wait to be a part of, is a wall of all the perfect smiles that these folks have helped create. Keep up the good work.
