Easily the best dental office Ive ever been to. I must note I was specifically there for the treatment of sleep apnea via an oral appliance, but my experience has been nothing but positive since day 1. Specifically, Dr. Brown, who is in charge of the sleep apnea department, is the easily the most sincere and caring medical professional Ive ever encountered. Most of the staff are friendly and appointment wait times are usually kept to a minimum thanks to the large size of their office. What really sold me on them was the little goodie basket I received after my first visit, as I dont know of many places who would have done the same. The one thing I cannot speak of is the cost of their services, as I have only had one major dental need which was covered completely by my insurance, and a host of regular office visits.

The office is nice and clean. The staff is always happy and has a smile on there face. Dr Knakle surgeon for the teeth removals,also implants. (That is a long process healing). There are all special dental assistants that also is helping in the room. Kathleen dental assistant was the only one that was able to correct what was wrong with my temp. They kept on falling out. "This was for my temporary bottom teeth Then comes Dr Soral always pleasant with a smile is willing to help you get the correct work done on your teeth with the least amount of pain. The Doctor is very gentle. I have been going to Babylon dentist for at least ten years. I think I own part of there store front sign. Just thought I should at least write a review.

I have a lot of problems with my teeth and gums and havent been to the dentist in a while since I now have a 13 month old. I went in the other day to Babylon Dental Care for a cleaning with Keri, one of the dental hygienists, and she was so nice and understanding about my situation. She made me feel so comfortable and helped me to understand how to better take care of my mouth! And she actually had me laughing a bunch of times (at the destists office!!!)! I will be going back for a treatment plan this month and I will definitely be back to have my cleaning with Keri again in the future!!! Thank you Keri for loving what you do and letting it show in your work!

Never go there!!! 1. I made an appointment with Dr. Brown, he didnt show up. 2. I was a first time patient, they said the check up was mandatory and free, then I was charged almost $600 3. They charged me $70 cash only for cleaning said its not covered under my insurance, then I went to another dentist and was charged nothing 4. They told me I have cavities which I dont feel and wanted to work on them. They said my insurance only covers 50%, I didnt do it and I found out afterwards that my insurance covers 80%. All in all, this is a pure business place who just want to make money, legally or illegally.

I was a walk in patient. They were very nice and did xrays and exam. Then they told me i needed a derp cleaning and scaling which would cost me almost $900.00.. They didnt take my plan that gives me a percentage off. I cancelled appointment then received a phone call asking why. When i explained i cpuld not affored such a expenisive amount they didnt even try to work with me. Just said ok goodbye.. Its obvious to me it all about what they can make off you. I also own a business and to not try to work with a patient is crazy to me.. Bad business ethics.. Patty Chimirri

I love Babylon Dental Care! Im a very nervous patient (I faint with needles) so I did my research before selecting a dentist. Ive been with these guys for almost 10 years and Ive always had the best experience. Ive also had my braces done here too. I honestly love getting my teeth cleaned now because of how gentle they are. Ive fainted in the office after novicane injections and they handled the situation well and made me feel comfortable. Im sad because I had to move out of state for my job. Seriously considering visiting NY twice a year just to go to them lol

As a new patient, I was impressed by each staff members professionalism, knowledge and friendliness. The office is impeccably clean. I was seen by Dr. Brown, as a new patient suffering from what I thought was a tooth problem. However, Dr. Brown gave me a thorough explanation as to what the problem really was, its causes, and its solutions. I left the office feeling like I was being well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this facility to friends and family.

Babylon Dental Care does a very good job at what they do. In my past three visits, the front desk person upon arrival was very nice, they called me in right on time (I barely had to wait at all), and the cleaning service & X-Rays from Keri was excellent as usual. She is professional, yet very friendly, and is great at her job. The place is spotless and offers state of the art dentistry. I highly recommend this dental facility to others.

One thing at a time. I never felt overwhelmed, stressed or scared. They gave me back my dental confidence and I never miss an appointment. Highly recommended!! Go there and let them help you. This is the most courteous and professional, friendly practice I have ever had the pleasure of being a part of, as a customer. I would recommend this dental office to everyone I know and meet. I know that many people find the dentist very scary, but you wont be scared here. The staff make you feel like royalty. Best place ever. Loved it. Cant wait to go back.

they told me it wold be 580 dollars cause my insurance wont pay for all and they wanted it before they would do the root cannel really these people are saying they help but are profiting off your pain dont waist your time and it turned out that i needed more work done then what they had told me so go to a real dentist not these clowns

They made me feel very comfortable and made sure I wasnt in any pain throughout the whole procedure! Great people and great environment!

Just had my first visit at Babylon Dental Care and it was such a pleasure! All of the staff are so friendly and make you feel welcome. The doctors and staff exceeded my expectations in terms of efficiency, courtesy, and quality of care. I am thrilled that I no longer have to look for a great dentist.
