Terrible customer service !!! The last two times I waited an hour to be seen with a seven month old...not a fun wait. Most of the docs are very good with the exception of two who are snotty and condescending. At my most recent appointment my son was getting a flu booster shot which only required him being seen by a nurse for three minutes and stuck in the leg. For this I waited an hour while watching every person that had come in after me go before me. When I asked what was going on they told me there are different doctors, however my son was not seeing a doctor, to which they replied "well he needs a room doesnt he?" Soooo I wonder how they assign rooms...since they made it seem that rooms only became available when doctors were done with a patient, so what about the patients who are only seeing a nurse? Do they just wait until all of the doctors patients have come and gone? Why bother giving me an appointment at all? If his appointment is at 1pm no patient with an appointment later than his should be seen before him, which is exactly what I watched happen over and over (excuse being that they were seeing certain doctors). Unfortunately for the doctors their office managers are doing a horrible job and I truly left feeling like my son was singled out and discriminated against. I feel bad for him. I will never be going back. I wonder how much longer I would be waiting had I not complained three times. My poor boy.

Giving 1 star because I am not able to give no stars....Had a appointment for 1 pm for a flu shot and waited an hour to be seen... It wasnt busy and every person who came in after me was seen. My 8 month old son began to get impatient and when I asked when he was going to be seen i was greeted by a rude resptionist who told me it depends on the dr...my son wasnt seeing a dr and when I brought that to her attention I was told I would have to wait ... Overall rude staff and long wait times. I felt like my child was not a priority because he was only getting a shot... I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone..

Staff upfront unprofessional, no sense of customer service. They have so many patients that dont care if one leaves elsewhere. You have to wait so long to get someone on the line or to get a simple answer. Some of the doctors theyre great, but the staff its bad. There are so many things that Im not get in details, that they wont do for you. They always say were so busy, we have so many members, and so many people calling. If it wasnt for the doctor Id had change them long time. But really considering already looking. Beware of becoming a new patient here.

The office staff is extremely unprofessional, and rude. Its really unfortunate because some of the doctors are excellent. Dealing with the annoyed, impatient, understaffed office is just not worth it.
